I agree with all of the points. I did set a daily routine for myself recently and it has really reduced the feeling of "aimlessness" in a day for me. Your starting points of setting life goals and aspirations then x10 do seem to have weight and will be something I will think about seriously and try setting up. I think this pressure is very important to have in early 20s especially when we can really push ourselves and still remain relatively healthy. Thanks for the inspiration.
