He’s very cool. I nice infantry tool. I’ve used him. It’s situational , but he definitely can come up big as a monster killer or just a good infantry character that’s not a 2 wound paladin.
For me visual wise, I like most of the model with the exception of the axe. It’s both to big, crudely built and doesn’t make much sense as a weapon ti kill dragons, like his lore suggests. It honestly looks like something out of a Greenskin army, especially with how jagged the edge is. What I think would be interesting is a more slender almost rapier like blade, to slip through the gaps in Dragon scales. IDK just my thoughts.
I really wonder how he's gonna look like next to the other new Bretonnians. If you were to put the new plastic knights next to the new resin ones you'll find that they were very clearly designed by different people with different visions. The plastic foot knights of the realm are very tall, very skinny and very busy, with small heads and massive weapons - the resin paladins, who were very clearly designed to be much more in line with the old Bretonnia esthetic, look plain and squat in comparison. On first glance, this guy looks like he might blend better into the knights of the realm than the other foot characters - he even has the lock-and-key thing hanging from his belt that became a design choice for the foot knights of the realm for some reason. Personally, I'm much more of a fan of Bretonnia's resin over plastic releases so far and was hoping GW was going to stick to that esthetic going forward.
I don't think he's much good in game, but I kinda like that from special characters myself. I want my own dudes to not be outshone by the prewritten ones.

I hadn't spotted that but now won't be able to unsee it
@ He instantly becomes peak miniature if it turns out he’s just two Gobbos in a suit that stole a choppa.
Great looking model, have they said when it will be available? Great video thanks.
Glad you liked the video - GW haven't given a release date yet
Looks like a resculpt of krell but alive lol
Now that would be a twist...

Do you like your Brettonians regular or extra crispy? I think dragon slaying is 100% on the practical exam.

And personally I don't much like his sculpt. He feels really... flat?
Models great, his stats in game are not.
The problem is that infantry don't perform well in the game. So why buy it when you're never going to use it.
