    Download with my affiliate link plz : link.blendlogic.com/Parallels
    VMFusion is free - for productivity suite I'd recommend that - for gaming I'd recommend Crossovers! - link.blendlogic.com/CrossOver

    Which one do you recommend? VMFusion or Parallel?

      VMFUsion is free - so would go with testing your workflow with the free software first - then if you need other specs (not evne sure what would be different really besides you paying lol) then can try parallels trial

      Try seeing if theres VMFusion Tools to install - like there is Parallels tools, think there is VMFusion

    In my experience, Parallels machines (both Windows and Linux) are better optimized by default, to be fast and smooth. VMWare is much slower and more sluggish without a lot of manual configuration.

      I found the same - Parallels gets you up and going quicker

      Is it fair to compare a free product to a paid product? Espically when VMware also has a paid product.

      @mairhart 2 месяца назад

      @@LibreGlider VMWare no longer has a paid product comparable to Fusion Pro, which is now free for non-commercial use.

      @mairhart 2 месяца назад

      @@LibreGlider And your question is kinda my point. You/we are paying for quality with Parallels. WIth Fusion Pro, we are getting an inferior or less-configured product.

    Given that VMWare as raised its prices by 10 times (1000 percent) for corporate customers, should we trust that they won't charge a fortune for Pro after they've used the free giveaway to put Parallels out of business?

    • @BlendlogicTech

      Never knew that - they might? But Parallels is yearly subscription

    Getting DX12 games to work on Macs seems so complicated.
    First, Microsoft and Qualcomm are making their new hardware customized for DX12, while multiple levels of emulation have to happen on Macs.
    Second, Microsoft and Qualcomm's new ARM hardware locks out Nvidia and AMD, at least for the time being. So Windows on ARM doesn't have great support for games needing those GPUs. And that makes things even harder on ARM Macs.
    Apple's Game Porting Toolkit is aimed at porting DX12 game to Apple Metal 3, and with some hacking you can make it emulate some DX12 games now -- but Apple isn't promising that it will always allow that.

      VMFusion is the only other one -- now if you gaming can just do Crossovers or Whisky if you dont need full windows suite

    Hey thank you for this review!
    The most ugly thing about it, I would need to make an Abo for that half of a software. That’s brazen^^
