many parts of this sequence adapt well in shoulder deep water, keeping your hands flat for added resistance from the water during rotation segments creates a lot of full body tension, from toes to scalp hence a good need for explosiveness and follow thru

With more of an emphasis on speed and intensity, maybe a set goal within a time limit, these kinds of movements can be used to develop strength. Intensity is the key.
ha I'm in my 40's now; but there was a time lol. I never did Kung Fu; I did some of this recently and it was good to mix it up. I coach soccer & track and am always looking for something that I might be able to use.
Who else actually did this in 12:24 for me it was easy but I have also been working out and doing a lot of pushups hopefully you can get through this video

I thought "well I got this" when he said 3 to 6 pushups. Then I realized he said 36..

harder it is better results. just remember good rest and good diet.
