      Projector is not enough. Let's consider good wired 5.1 or better 7.1 sound system for overall great experience. Projector is the best as cinema device. If You don't want to make full cinema (projector and separate audio) is better to buy TV with soundbar.

    • @hampe2424

      @@gupipies how about a soundbar with subwoofer and two rear speakers?

    • @gupipies
      @gupipies Год назад

      @@hampe2424 Hi Toad... It should be ofc way way better than audio from projector. Just try if You don't want to make installation for speaker/each separate channel. If You screeen and room is not huge, this solution should be ok. Hard to determine exactly what size of room and screen will be max, it depends soundbar construction, power etc. Just try.. Best regards.

    "Epson's $2,000 home Cinema 4010 4K pro is designed more for gaming than home entertainment. It delivers great gaming performance with a 240 hertz refresh at 1080p and one of the lowest latency figures we've ever seen in a projector at 4.2 milliseconds". Absolutely none of this information is correct. The home Cinema 4010 is absolutely designed for home entertainment NOT gaming. It's it's input lag is 28 milliseconds and the refresh rate @ 1080p is 24 hz and 60 hz for 4K. Due to its lack of 18 GHz HDMI 2.0 it also can't handle 60 FPS gaming unless you turn off HDR.
    Don't get me wrong this is a well done and informative video but something got mixed up with the info for this particular model.

    We've had the Optima P2 since it came out last year. It is amazing...especially when viewing 4k HDR content. It's like you are looking through a magic 120" window and you are an observer in real life. Words cannot describe it and no video you watch on RUclips will ever do it justice.

    Decent! If you go laser you really, really need to look over the spec's to ensure you get that 20K hour life! I'm finding that with running in Eco mode and in combination with a few other settings you can push that light source/laser life upwards of 30K hours! So look over those specs! If you have any questions submit a support ticket to the company! Even before you buy. OH! The reflective paint can be an option for a screen but you'll need to consider the costs and use.

    Been watching and reading up on projectors for 6 months. Some of the info is generic and not really informative and very simplistic just for retail purposes - the tech does my head but the one consistent thing is its all subjective.
    1. Determine which primary purpose - movies, gaming, tv and sport or multi use 2. Sort out the room and determine how dark and bright it is and throw distance required.3. Go and demo a DLP, 3LCD and Laser to see which you prefer. 4. Pick a few models in the range and if its 3LCD or DLP, check replacement lamp cost.

    Kind of annoying there's no time stamps for the projectors. Trying to go back and see the models is not easy. Also would be nice if there were prices listed rather than having to go back and relisten for the price which is placed at various spots in the dialog. Also no product links? I get smaller RUclipsrs practically thrive on those affiliate links, but perhaps you guys are missing out on revenue? Also works be fantastic for those of us trying to look at each of these models. In the future maybe consider putting timestamps, prices, and links to the product in the description.

    Epson 5050, JVC NX3/5/7 series, Sony series. These are some of the most popular choices currently available. Although I’d typically recommend them for dedicated spaces, If you’re viewing in a dark basement this would also be a pretty amazing experience.
