I bought my 3DS prehacked, so when I let my cousin borrow it for a while I noticed he had updated the firmware and the console had an error when it booted up, I fixed that (by pasting the newer Luma files) but now I don't have FBI, thanks to your video I now have an idea of what to do next.

Hopefully more homebrews and updates come to 3ds.
changing to another micro sd card worked! which was my theory, i changed the cluster size to 64k and formatted copied everything back and was able to inject the FBI to the health and safety and reinstall everything back to homescreen finally!!! woot! progress!

Does anyone know why the Luma 3ds menu might not be showing up? I've tried to delete and re download several times and it's still not showing up for me. I've already made sure the boot.firm file is there and nothing has been happening. After boot9strap downloads when I press home it literally takes me home. :(
I love how he knows that you can press "B" to exit things and I never took it in to consideration.

I messed up something in filpnote while setting up what will happen if i turn my ds back on?
I think I messed my first time and started to freaked out but i ended up fixing it. I don't know how I did it thought lol.
If it doesn’t show up if you are using a MacBook put your sd card in your MacBook, go to security options and put it at 2 and then do the process again and it should work.
You can also open the config.ini file and change the button settings there :)
a year late but how do you change the button settings?
Wait, since you're replacing all files, does that mean that you lose your games ?

I replaced my config.bin file but nothing is happening.. please help 😅😂 I load up my 3ds like normal afyer replacing the .bin file and nothing happens
u didn't replace the file correctly
. delete the old one and use the new one and watch the guide closely

Can you give me any help on how to fix the homebrew launcher that is built into the Rosalina menu? All the icons are missing and it's just a question mark, when I launch them I get black screens and a error which then reboots I am unable to install .CIA files because of this issue and I've tried for hours to try to fix this but at no avail, any help would be appreciated!
I've tried replacing the .x3ds files in the 3ds folder which didn't work, I've restored my backup Nintendo 3ds folder and that didn't work either, I've replaced the boot files for Rosalina in the main directory of the SD card I've even tried to reinstall .CIA files via the pc onto my SD card but all the icons are black and says that the sd card has been removed when it has not, this was a attempt to restore all the homebrew icons from the home menu which are also missing!

@@sthetixofficial cfw is installed i am still able to bring up the rosalina menu and godmode from power off, i also am unable to inject the fbi app into H&S mount failed, even put the fbi.cia in the root of the sd card still get the same error! this is impossible! 😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I tried to replace the config.bin but when i boot the console, somehow, the config resets itself

Hello, I know it's generally safe to update to 11.12. But does this also apply if you used the Frogminer method to install CFW on 11.11? Would it still be safe to update? Thanks

In rosalina new 3ds menu I try to set clock rate to 804 mhz but its back automatically to the normal 268

power start= godmode9, select + power = luma menu

I folow the guide as my buttons are broken but when I reboot after updating config file in luma folder it boots to luma, I press start to reboot then when I go back in to download play and try the other combo it doesnt work. I have verified that my down,a,x,y buttons work. What is going on here?
Are you sure you have the luma3ds running on your system?
@@sthetixofficial yea of course lol. But I don’t fault you for asking as some people are pretty ignorant. I found a luma config compiler and made my own config file with combo. It worked. Thank you for your response though! Love your videos!
@@sthetixofficial he cant use the config file if he's using diff version of luma "i have this problem that's why ik" for example there's specfic beta version of luma that i want to use because it allows me to capture n3ds screen on pc but i cant because there's no config file online for me to use "that's why i came to ur vid to look if there's diff way to open rosalina menu"

The problem I have with Rosalina menu is that it's a newer version(10.2.1) and everything is in Chinese language so I don't know what on earth am I suppose to do.

I was playing some game on my sd card and my 3ds crashed after restart i got an Bsod now it works again is this an indicator for cfw?

uhh, I tried getting to Rosalina with downloading all the stuff and nothing happened. I followed all the steps before the finalizing setup and nothing seems to work so I searched this up and followed what you recommended to do in your video. I also tried to get to GodMode9, but nothing happened again. Help? :c

I can open Rosalina menu in any application except when I’m running GBA cias like Emerald. This makes getting cheats impossible :/

delete the config.bin from the payloads folder and use the one inside the pack.

The fbi, Homebrew, and others are not appearing on the homescreen. When i was downloading a game i put back the sd then everything disappeared. But all of the data is still there. Can you pls help me in getting back fbi and the others?

you can use the rosana config to open the rosalina menu. Unless your luma3ds is the old one.

@@sthetixofficial no actually i got it all set up now thanks. The problem with opening the rosalina menu was that i couldnt have my charger plugged in. But the problem now is that my eds wont turn on, no led lights, black screen, all that
