First thing is low heel recovery only take place in a good way when you have good stiffer ankles and second your angle is low. Second point - low is recovery purpose is to minimise the time from point A to B . So can you explain now - that when your running speed increase your heel will goes up ? That means your are making athletes to take more time after speed increase although
