Well, what do I say? The handling of the couple and the instructions given really excellent.
Everything else completely wrong. Patchy lighting, blown out sky, blown out grass patches, green cast on faces due to positioning under folliage, compositions with the couple much too small, chaotic untidy backgrounds, use of 80mm where typical 35mm type scenes were actually being targeted, no shadow flash or reflector, etc., etc.
And last not least - quantity instead of quality.
What a weird tutorial.
