    I love how you break it down to something people can understand. I know that I was shocked when I found out that I had been fed a lie my whole life by my family that I was sickly, and therefore bad at physical exertion, and that I had believed in this farce so strongly that it wasn't until I was at my first Karate belt test at the age of 39 that I realized that I was actually "good" at it. My whole world crashed in my mind that day, and I sobbed realizing that I could have had fun in school doing sports if only I had believed that I was able to do this sort of thing. How many years of my life was spent shackled by the words of others? So now, when people tell me that I'm too old to do karate.. those words bounce off me. I'm going to keep doing what I love to do until my body tells me that it's had enough.. and so far, my body and I agree that we are having fun.

    Dunno why this one has so few views, it's one of the most insightful informative lessons I ever had the honor to take. Keep it up, sensei, have a good day

    I started my journey along side you 3 years ago. Your videos about anger, negative emotions and worries saved me many times but I tried to do too many things at once. I had a hard time at work and I should focus on that but instead I watched your videos about what reality is, enlighement and all heavy staff (to distract myself maybe, I knew Im not ready for that), got some breakdown and ego backfire and I stopped meditate and watching you. So here I am again, after 6 months trying to put my life together from basics. Thank you for all your videos that are still here.

    Hi Leo. I watch your videos since one and a half years and to see you like this (I'm used to the black t-shirt on black background) makes you suddenly look extrmely human. I never consciously thaught of you as not human but I guess it is special to see you in this different life.
    I think its just funny :)
    Thank you sooo much - you are one if not the biggest catalyst in changing "my" life :)

    The problem with the boss could be solved by changing your own interpretation of the boss' behavior. That could also be considered at the root or close to it.

    All problems ultimately boil down to YOU....Fix yourself, all problems will automatically be fixed . Find the root cause of problem and finish it there.
    Thank you Leo :)

    In my case I'm not satisfied with my work, I need to get an education, I don't have enough energy, so I focus on health and nutrition first.

      It was a question of volume. If I shoot outdoors, I can only produce about 1/10th or 1/20th as many videos. I plan to do more outdoor videos in the future as I do more travel and hit up cool destinations.
      Thanks!

    I would love to know where is the address is in USA exactly that you’re filming this video is? Especially the background those stairs are really attractive, somehow since childhood I always was attracted to stairs, staircases, it looked kind of satisfying, I even cannot know why myself?

    What's the difference between over thinking and looking deeper?

    • @davits
      @davits 8 лет назад +6

      +Nicole looking deeper is when your thoughts are directed inside, and you are doing introspection of the root couses, over thinking is something consurned about only resolts. In order to look deeper acquire mindfulness.
