I've found everything in this video to be absolutely true in my own experience. When I don't have a vision, and a clear decisiveness on where I'm going, and why I'm doing what I'm doing, my energy becomes extremely ungrounded. It took a while for me to give myself permission to let go of my pain and simply step into a version of myself where pain just means I'm not making a choice and moving forward with my life. This has allowed me to have an incredible amount of Peace because there's no confusion. I always have clarity on where I'm going and why I'm doing it and this has given me only positives. Great video Leo! Thanks for being one of the people that inspires me to post videos every single day! Much Love 🙏
i can also relate to your experiences men.. its really important to have a clarity. knowing what you want exactly so that you can think how to work on it. the moment to know exactly what you want in life is also the moment you discover who you are
Even when you don't know what you want, it doesn't matter, life isn't about accomplishing goals, even tho it can be if that's your choice. When I get stuck feeling lost, I just try to slow down my thinking and feel the feeling of being alive as it is. Does it ever strikes you thinking wow I'm actually alive rn? I get this often. Puts life into a different perspective and makes me grateful for just being alive. It's like I get this different taste in my mouth. Looking for things to do imo is just our ongoing attempt at avoiding feeling the present moment, every breath and just being alive. That's all that's needed in this life. Don't be hard on yourself, enjoy the boring bits, you're still alive! 😉
Leo you may regret putting this time in your work and sacrificing some social aspect to do that but we don't regret it . You've been a great guide so far and i would like to express my deep gratitude for that .
It's crazy to acknowledge just how much wisdom and life experience Leo has up his sleeves, as such a young guy. He is such a spitfire. He sets any goal he feels necessary for himself and attains it, and takes full agency over his life. It's truly admirable.
"[...]Because clarity allows you to be decisive. You cant be decisive unless you really know what you want out of life. Once you figured that out, being decisive is rather easy" i think this is the missing key for me. thank you leo
Over a year ago I made the conscious decision to embrace a nomadic lifestyle, exploring the country in a decommissioned Ambulance 🚑 This unique journey has been awe-inspiring and nourished every aspect of my being - mind, body, soul, and spirit. I have had the pleasure of encountering a diverse range of amazing people. I also have had the privilege of visiting nearly every state. I am passionate about this lifestyle and hope to cross paths with you on the open road Leo!
The life purpose course was amazing. I learned so much about myself and where I want to go and what is important to me and what I'm good at. As well as how to execute and plan and be successful at my purpose. It's so much more than just figuring out what you want to do. If you are on the fence DO IT. It's invaluable. I cannot wait for his new course, because over the years he has just become more wise and I'm definitely buying it as soon as it comes out.
That ending was so powerful! Great job on that Leo! Your ability to speak for so long and with such clarity impresses me more and more for the past few years. It's really inspiring to see how you have mastered your craft of gathering knowledge, experience and wisdom and presenting it to others! :)
One of the biggest decision I've made was 5 years ago, I was watching your video, and in the end you had tears in your eyes (probably the first time I saw you cry) and said I know my videos are long and hard but if you stay with me, I promise I will take your knowledge somewhere. And I said okay. Some weeks were tough, like the non duality videos which were like 4hrs long but I honoured it. Things are different now, life is better, thanks to you.
Leo, thank you for this practical video. I love the metaphysical talk, but I also appreciate that you are touching on the fundamentals once again, from a more enlightened point of view. The spiritual journey is a multi-dimensional one, and pragmatic life guidance is still valid. Looking forward to more such content.
Usually I'm decisive, but I really fell apart this week, and the self-awareness of indulging in procrastination really ate me alive. This video woke me up. Thank you.
I made a decision to move to nevada at 18 and it was the most life changing eye opening experience. Money could not buy what I learned and saw there. I found who I was out there. I will never forget it. That also gave me the confidence that making a big decision does come with a price but you can learn from it always
It’s crazy because old me would watch these videos and be like “yeah I’m going to do it I’m going to change” and now I can look at the examples Leo gives and it’s like yep , check that, doing that now and it’s feels so on point
Everything you’ve said even just 1 minute in the video , it’s always so spot on a realistic to the moment that I’m going through and u capture it so amazingly

So often I feel stuck and unable to make a move. I believe this is from my childhood, having to be the parent early and feeling guilt for succeeding in anything when a parent was always in a deep depressed state, I felt it was my duty to make them feel good when I was young. I think that still lives within me.
You have no idea how much I appreciate your videos. It has truly helped me mentally see things I haven't seen before. Your discoveries and sharing of your discoveries are highly valued.
I found you again after not warching it. Thank you Leo. I remember 8 years when I started watching your videos. Now I am succesful because of you and your videos. Thank you. I am glad I found you again.
Leo, if you wish, I can create and share the notes for some of your best videos. This could be a great project for everyone, as it would help as a study material. You could even charge for this material to raise funds to continue this great work you do for everyone.
These are the most salient ideas for me: • Creating the Good Life requires a long series of clear, high quality decisions. Your decisions will make or break you, so you cannot afford indecision. To create the great life, you're going to have to make a series of bold decisions. These bold decisions will be scary and uncomfortable, but you have to remind yourself that the default not making them will never lead you to your highest potential. • The key to making good decisions is to honor your top values and to understand the concept of opportunity cost. Making good decisions requires wisdom, vision, experience, discipline, integrity, holism, big picture thinking, education, a sense of history, a lack of bias, and a clear, undistorted perception of reality. Most people are living along a path of the least resistance, chasing their base instincts, cravings and desires. • When you're decisive, you have a sense of direction and clarity of mind, and peace of mind. Indecision wastes energy because you don't know yourself well. It takes decades to discover your own personality, such as whether you're an introvert, extrovert, ambivert, highly intuitive, gifted athletically, or a good communicator. If you want people to perceive your highest values as money, sex, laziness, depression, judgment, hatred, dogmatism, closed-mindedness or lack of health, you must embody those values in your life. • It takes a long time to discover who you really are, especially if you've been traumatized when you were young. To succeed at life, you have to fail a lot, and embrace failure. Find ways to fail faster, and make decisions rather than stalling because you're afraid to fail. You could take a risk and relocate to a new country to take a job, even if you don't like the job or the country. • When you're not sure between two options, like becoming a filmmaker or a musician, you can explore both sides of the fork. Don't fret too much about making close decisions, and try to do both at the same time if possible. If you don't make a decision, you'll end up living in your parents' basement, playing video games and eating junk food for 10 years. Be willing to make mistakes and train yourself to make minor, mundane decisions before you make bold decisions. • To be decisive, you must get really clear about your values and keep working on them until they are rock solid. If someone sends you an email promising you to make money, you can easily say no because it's against your values. If a decision honors your top three values, that's an easy yes decision. Don't stall or procrastinate decisions. Observe the consequences in suffering that comes from backtracking and stalling on important decisions. • Become more decisive by making lots of decisions, observing the consequences of your decisions, pushing yourself to make them quicker, aligning your decisions with your top values, and practicing this combination of things over the next five to ten years. When you develop this capacity, it's very similar to developing the capacity of a sense of humor. You can also put yourself into positions where you have to make lots of important decisions. • Think through all the reasons why you've been indecisive, and contemplate how your life could have been better if you'd been more decisive. Developing your intuition, your creativity, your wisdom, and exposing yourself to massive experience will make you a great decision maker. The most powerful decisions in your life will actually be so strong they won't even feel or seem like decisions at all. Thank you for this much needed wisdom. I am committed to being “one of those people who take your information seriously”. I am sharing your videos with all of my clients. It has transformed my life and theirs as well… Thank you Leo.
That's what I can call synchronicity. I've been thinking about it for the whole month! Thank you! Excited to listen to this one. EDIT: 54:03 'It takes a long time to discover all this". At four years of age, I fell in love deeply with visual storytelling and knew what I wanted to work with this. I know what I should ignore and what to focus on. Two decades later after my decision in childhood, I landed a job in the U.S. entertainment industry (coming from a poor family in a third-world country. Had to work extra hard and was mostly self-taught before going to University). Conclusion: I was a very weird kid. Now, I'm working on my voice. I need to be creatively active and independent, with my own creator-owner stuff. It's been harder than everything I tried before, but if I'm not creating, I feel miserable.
I'm 24, i've been watching you for 2 years, you have changed my life. I've always been interested in languages, music, gaming and coding. I learnt English and French totally on my own when I was a kid, my native language being Turkish, I'm working as an ESL teacher now. I dropped out of university, I was studying engineering. Now I'm planning great things, your videos have affected me a lot. One of my plans is to share your ideas in Turkish in youtube videos and mentioning that you're a great person, who everyone should see and watch videos of. Thank you, for everything.
I really enjoy listening to you Leo, and yes feeling very lucky to stumble on you channel. Thank you for being yourself and sharing your content. Yulia.
I finally made the decision of stop being indecisive and only then my life began transforming in many positive ways, depending on the quality of the decision I made
I feel like there’s a deep connection between effective and big decision making and integrity. And integrity seems to be a key component of increasing baseline consciousness for reasons that are currently beyond my ability to express. Anyone else see this link?
Hehe, of course, because Consciousness is TRUTH, and integrity is nothing other than alignment with TRUTH. The most important decision you will ever make in your life is to place truth above everything else.
@@ActualizedOrg In this one video I saw connections to discipline, integrity, intuition, developing overtime, fear, love, the list goes on. I’m seeing a whole new level to your ability to express and connect ideas. Been watching you since I was 18 (I’m about to turn 25) and your content in the past 2 years especially has gone to new heights.
I found that I wasn't able to think of my "worst decisions" because I've become so used to re-framing "bad" experiences into positive growth opportunities. So even when I think about situations in which I've made some decision that has led to some suffering, I always see it as useful and helpful to my growth. To frame any of my decisions as bad or worst would be to regret which I don't see as helpful or even possible because I wouldn't be me now without every decision I've ever made.
I literally did hit the lottery stumbling across your channel! It was actually in another RUclipsrs comment section talking about your videos. I’m so grateful for your content! Thanks Leo for this video!
This is what I need to hear. Have always taken the passive approach. Example: about to lose my 8 year career (reactive) due to the clot shot requirement. But it 1. Is a decision I make unwavering and 2. A decision aligned with highest values.
1:15:00 makes me think “live through your decision no matter what you chose. It will teach you how to decide better & more effectively next time. What builds ease of decision-making is deciding, then living through the repercussions if there are any to better decide next time from a means of self-awareness & personal observation.
This is great. I find myself going from study to study (although finishing them all) but then afterwards i find out it’s not what I want/ not what really fullfills me.
Yes, indeed I'm soo lucky to find your channel 6 years ago And you really changed a lot of my believes, ideas, way of living and thinking Thank you so much I loveyou
Thank you Leo for all you do, it is much appreciated! The fact that you frequently produce high quality content for us to consume on a regular basis is astonishing. Keep up the incredible work! 👍
Chanting AUM 21 times with a certain lvl of intensity while being aware of the movement of the sound from your stomach to the nostrils will also help in removing indecisiveness
Haven't watched in a while. Felt you were entering into a point I had been at. Congratulations on 1mil subs! I hope your actual message is being conveyed beyond your words.
Yo, it’s astonishing to see videos from 6 years ago and then watch the recent ones, to be able to notice Leo’s improvement on fluency of thought and expansion of structures regarding how he shares his knowledge, it’s just delightful to see the changes. Keep the grind brother, much love!
Is Clarity the solution to indecisivnes? Yes, it is. When your clear, all decision will be easy. But. Clarity does not come from nowhere and it doesn't only come from thinking and contemplating. Clarity comes also from engagement, which actually needs decisions. So I think we also need to learn to make decision, when clarity is not yet there.
Thank you Leo. There's a lot of great advice in this video. I have an ENTJ personality type. You seem to be expressing either one of the xNTJ or xSTJ value sets for which the cognitive functions of the xxxP types have the cognitive functions but those cognitive functions are in their shadows. It is for those types of people that your advice can help provide balance. Personally, at this particular time in my life I'm having particular problems making decisions even though I have an ENTJ personality type. This is because illness has knocked me off my planned trajectory. Having to now start from scratch to come up with new goals and plans at aged 54. I wish you a joyful life.
I took five pages of notes LMAO that would have to be a first from a RUclips video. I'm amazed and very grateful at the amount of work you put into your channel and the information that you put out there Leo.
Such a valuable video. Didn't even think about this trait as something I need to work on and realized how much better I can get at it. thank you so much.
Every now and then one of these episodes just hits right at home. This is so relevant to where I’m at right now. I’ve built a really comfortable lifestyle and need the ambition to push myself into my deeper potential.
28:28 I accepted the "scary and difficult decision" decision by selling my LA home (for 22 yrs) in 2021 July (closed escrow October) and moved myself and my mom to Austin, Texas (never been there) in Jan of 2022. When we arrived, it was a "snow storm" in Austin, Texas airport. I am so glad now, it was the BEST decision in, for and of my LIFE and for my mom (regional central hospital of 500 beds is 2 miles from our new home). Not to mension, I bought the house WITHOUT seeing it or visited it IN PERSON. Yes, no joke. Only pictures on Red-Fin. - I made that decision not seeing it.
Digesting your content has been very transformational, thank you Leo. Good practical videos like these to help direct ourselves are also very valued. Especially when a lot of us open up to aspects of self beyond our culture, we also need to move within it. 👉
I love you man, i know you’ll love this comment - you are one of the biggest value providers in this world, please release much more content it’s not enough once in a while
Haha, thank you for that! I stumbled upon these videos when I was in high-school, at least 6 years ago. I've been through a lot since then, including 4 years of awakening. I'm still on this path and your videos are so relevant. As I "return to civilization" now, I still help myself by watching these videos at the time I think I may "need" to watch them. It helps me put together some pieces of the puzzle. These are meaningful stuff happening here! :)
Being God is a gift and a curse. It takes lifetime practice to work on this piece of art. Will you ever see the whole picture? Does it even matter? It's the "painting" that gives God joy. Your videos, Leo, shaking, pushing and pulling us to wake up to our true nature is a powerful tool. You're putting out best content which help us to create. Thank you 🙏❤️ B
Fantastic episode, thanks! My whole philosophy and core value is living a ”Based” life, a life that is authentic and true to my soul, regardless the opinions of others. This way of life is where I find the highest fulfillment and meaning. Stay Based
Hi there, ever since I started on this consciousness path, I was able to tap so much into my consciousness and discover that I am Awareness and it all felt so good, but now my mind seems to be clamping down really hard, and it's like there's an entity in my head that's constantly over-reactive and causing all sorts of clenching or tightness in my body, it makes me unable to burp or fart or poop easily, it's amplifying the pain I feel from all sorts of things and feelings, and it's affecting my life really much. When I try to talk to this entity, I always get the same answers, it wants me to suffer, and the reason it is here is because of all the consciousness work that I did, and that it is killing it, so it wants me to stop, but I have already stopped for so long, almost weeks, but this entity is still here, and it's just making life harder and harder by the day, I'm like having constipation and bloating just from the fact that mind is so tight that it won't let me release, and my entire life is now centered around finding ways to burp and fart and poop. No matter how hard I try to make peace or be friends with it, it just stays silent, and gives me no answer, and whenever I even think about anything that's slightly triggering to it, like abiding in God consciousness, or meditating, or simply being jolted by sudden movements, and noises, it just goes absolutely nuts, and clenches up completely, making the top of my head feel like there's a clamp on it. I really need help on this, have you or anyone here encountered such a phenomenon before? And what would you guys recommend I do to put an end to this? Is there a way to come to peaceful terms with it? A way for it to just let go if I would stop the meditations? Do I just give it time to calm down? It seems worse and worse each day. Do I keep on practicing meditation regardless of how painful it is and maybe it will be gone forever? But it just feels worse and worse the more I do it, and it always comes back, and it feels wrong to be forcing things like this. I feel like my life is really going to end if I don't find any solutions, anyone who has any idea what's going on and what I should be doing, I would be so grateful to hear from you!
Hey Leo can you do a video on self worth and vulnerability. It ties in with making decisions that require courage and commitment. And ties in with love
Video's like this empower me on my journey. They give me inspiration, power and a strong sense of direction. The confirmation that I sometimes need. I intuit that I'm doing the right thing, even though it's uncommon if I look around me and that can be a difficult position at times. I don't know where it's going to take me, but for now, I will continue resisting the pull of the social (matrix) on my mind and make the decisions I deeply believe and intuit are right. Thank you Leo.
I follow you since I was 24. I'm 31 now, all I can say is that you are a friend I have and you don't even know it. I feel you have a real concern towards the audience. Your ideas and reflections helped me to better understand a lot of things related to life: career, social life, relationship, comfort zones, life traps, consciousness. All of these reflexions are soo crucial for a young man. There are videos I watched several times. The recent one on how to fall in love with life was a perfection that I need to go over again.

Same thing for me but replace alcohol with psychedelics

You will get even more joy out of it when you realize how it impacts your life positively!

Honestly
It's crazy to acknowledge just how much wisdom and life experience Leo has up his sleeves, as such a young guy. He is such a spitfire. He sets any goal he feels necessary for himself and attains it, and takes full agency over his life. It's truly admirable.
Love the balance from last weeks more metaphysical not-knowing to this very down to earth practical decisiveness. Thank you Leo. Great video.
"[...]Because clarity allows you to be decisive. You cant be decisive unless you really know what you want out of life. Once you figured that out, being decisive is rather easy"
i think this is the missing key for me. thank you leo
Leo, your content has helped me over the last 7 years. Thank you for the guidance 🙂
I cannot wait for his new course, because over the years he has just become more wise and I'm definitely buying it as soon as it comes out.
great to hear that. at first I was like never am I gonna buy that, but now I realize, it could be one of my breakthrough decisions.
What's the new course about?
That ending was so powerful! Great job on that Leo! Your ability to speak for so long and with such clarity impresses me more and more for the past few years. It's really inspiring to see how you have mastered your craft of gathering knowledge, experience and wisdom and presenting it to others! :)
If you created a retreat that happened once every six months, I’d attend either one or both of them
“You have to do the thing that’s right, not the thing that’s easy” -Leo
One of the biggest decision I've made was 5 years ago, I was watching your video, and in the end you had tears in your eyes (probably the first time I saw you cry) and said I know my videos are long and hard but if you stay with me, I promise I will take your knowledge somewhere.
And I said okay.
Some weeks were tough, like the non duality videos which were like 4hrs long but I honoured it. Things are different now, life is better, thanks to you.
hey i also watched that video. what was that video ?
We are always so glad you chosen depth and creativity instead of your marketing path. Thank you. Much Respect to your work.
Ohhh man super deep. Values ... I get it. Don't let ppl destroy your values. .. that's me speaking to myself .
Everything you’ve said even just 1 minute in the video , it’s always so spot on a realistic to the moment that I’m going through and u capture it so amazingly
The quality of your timing, Leo, increases the quality of my trust in you as my teacher!

Did you create notes for this one? :)
Yes, please!! Can you please post a link / reply to this? 🙏🏽
Thats definitely a great idea, I was thinking same thing, Actualized Wikipedia
These are the most salient ideas for me:
• Creating the Good Life requires a long series of clear, high quality decisions.

@@kevinluevano I appreciate you taking the time to post this! Thanks so much :)
Thank you for this much needed wisdom. I am committed to being “one of those people who take your information seriously”. I am sharing your videos with all of my clients. It has transformed my life and theirs as well… Thank you Leo.
I'm so excited about the creativity episode !
Nootropics, including Normotim, have positively impacted my cognitive performance.
I stumbled upon watching leo when I was 16. Trying to understand my meaningless existence. I’m 22 and it’s a great path to be on.
The first Actualized Video, I saw a couple of years ago, while searching for nootropics information. Since then, it´s my favourite content creator.
Lucky to have a luck like this Leo.
Thank you for everything!
@@ActualizedOrg
In this one video I saw connections to discipline, integrity, intuition, developing overtime, fear, love, the list goes on.
It happened the same to me
I literally did hit the lottery stumbling across your channel! It was actually in another RUclipsrs comment section talking about your videos. I’m so grateful for your content! Thanks Leo for this video!
Leo! Once again, u nailed it buddy. Well done! Thank u.
I’m so glad I watched this today. I will take the information here and run. I have so many years ahead of me and this has clarified many things.
I can’t believe how timely this video is for me right now…Thank you!
I swear Leo’s a wizard, his timing is surreal. I chose to focus on making better decisions during July and this vid pops up 🤯
This is what I need to hear. Have always taken the passive approach. Example: about to lose my 8 year career (reactive) due to the clot shot requirement. But it 1. Is a decision I make unwavering and 2. A decision aligned with highest values.
Thank you for persueing depth. One of those videos you made the first three years was something I needed for my path.
1:15:00 makes me think “live through your decision no matter what you chose. It will teach you how to decide better & more effectively next time. What builds ease of decision-making is deciding, then living through the repercussions if there are any to better decide next time from a means of self-awareness & personal observation.
If a person does not have integrity. They have nothing. Great great video!
Leo has an element of love and encouragement in his voice which makes this extra fulfilling to listen to
This is great. I find myself going from study to study (although finishing them all) but then afterwards i find out it’s not what I want/ not what really fullfills me.
I’m so lucky, been very lucky since I’ve found your channel Leo! Thank you!
Yes, indeed I'm soo lucky to find your channel 6 years ago

Thank you Leo for all you do, it is much appreciated! The fact that you frequently produce high quality content for us to consume on a regular basis is astonishing. Keep up the incredible work! 👍
I can't stress enough how much I needed this
Chanting AUM 21 times with a certain lvl of intensity while being aware of the movement of the sound from your stomach to the nostrils will also help in removing indecisiveness
I had one of those questions, but now I know where to start. Your course is 🔥
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and helping people live more conscious and happier life, all for free. It's very much appreciated
Thank you Leo! A lack of defensiveness is itself a decision, it's simply one that lacks deliberation. -Jason
Haven't watched in a while. Felt you were entering into a point I had been at. Congratulations on 1mil subs! I hope your actual message is being conveyed beyond your words.
Right in the middle of my most productive moment of the week and Leo comes up with SUCH a video. WOW. 🔥💫
Nothing has ever spoken to me with this level of depth and accuracy! THANK YOU SIR! 🙏

Some new material: Awesome! Many thanks from Newcastle, England 🇬🇧
Exactly what I've been needing. Thank you.
I love you being always exactly the thing that i need right now, its so good to be true

Needed this. Thank God😮💨
Hey Leo can you do a video on self worth and vulnerability. It ties in with making decisions that require courage and commitment. And ties in with love

2 hour long videos on decisions making are so good to procrastinate on decisions making
A major life decision is never a choice but rather a realization that the decision has already been made.” -Doug Cooper
Thank you Leo.
thank you so much for this.
