Omg Kelly. I just did the "lift like you mean it!" Upper body workout and you uploaded this. I thought "do I have some extra 20 minutes to try this?" I have some things to do today but I gifted myself this extra 20 mins. And oooh Kelly...what a great decision that was. Just 20 minutes to feel this good, like im not even kidding. Really, one of the best relaxing workouts I have done with you. Thanks a ton!!!!! Now I feel in an extra good mood to tackle my day ❤
As always a very professional and great exercise video. This stretch was soothing. A suggestion: could you investigate and maybe make a video on which stretches are good for (against) a headache caused by tension? Thank you and a big hug.

Just did this routine for the first time today. Its awesome! I’m a dialysis patient and don’t get much exercise, but stretching really seems to help and this was perfect. 👏🏽 Thank you. The beeping kept making me want to check my microwave. 😆 I’m going to check out some of your other videos too. 😉
