THANK YOU GUYS! I needed this reboot. I started working a physically demanding job in addition to some tough workouts and had mistakenly put stretching by the wayside almost completely. Needless to say, it rolled into a hip injury that I'm still recovering from. This was a good to reminder to not skip the stretch, no matter what. I loved all three days, but this one was super relaxing.
This big ole lug just finished day 3! I loved day 1 and day 2 and would love to see more yoga focused videos. I work at a desk all day in a high stress atmosphere, have 3 kids, and no time to relax. I've found that this challenge has helped my clear my head and relax. I'd say my sleep has even gotten better since starting this. Thanks and keep up the amazing work!

this was so helpful. I recently started a pretty intense workout program and i noticed I was getting really tight and my lower back and knees started to really bother me sometimes. So I decided to take a few days to rest to do this challenge and it really made me realize how tight I was and how much I needed it. Even on day 2, I felt even tighter but day 3 was my favorite bc after this workout I feel the best I have in months. Thank you Daniel and kelly for these free challenges I absolutely love them hope to see some more in the future

All 3 complete. I've absorbed a lot more information whilst stretching and listening to you explain how these stretches can help with the workouts. These are not tough and I'm sure they're not supposed to be. Working out is a gradual process & I can honestly say (today at least) that I can reach further than I have done previously, so my flexibility has improved. Maybe I could do these twice a week or as you put it whilst watching tv or reading a book. As ever, thank you both.

Kelly, first of all, I want to thank you and Daniel for helping me get out of sedentarism in a self compassionate way. I've always struggled with stretching exercises because my posterior chain muscles (I don't know if that's the right name, I'm not a native English speaker!) are particularly tight, so I can't even sit straight with my legs stretched (I need to arch my back), let alone touch my toes! In exercises such as this and, for instance, that "dog" yoga posture, I never know if I should bend my knees, so I could at least stretch my back, or if I should do a very incomplete version of the posture, or if I should not do the posture at all until I've gained more stretch on the back of my legs. That's my only suggestion, that you could present alternative postures when the exercise stretches both upper and lower body parts.
I loved this challenge! I love your videos. You guys are real people, down to earth and honest. You really want to help people improve their health. That's why I love Fitness Blender! I'm almost 40 and I don't workout as much as I'd like. But I'm trying to make an effort. Again. Since I was a teenager I've tried to be constant with exercising, but it's a struggle for me. I've scheduled a time to workout during the day, but there is always someone or something interrupting me. What should I do?

But Day 1 was essential to get me used to getting into stretching. I want to know integrate my 15 minute HIIT workouts with these stretching work outs. THANK YOU!
Completed! Just some feedback: it would really helpful if for each stretch you a) name it b) describe it how to do it as you go along c) tell us where we should be feeling the stretch. Hey Keli - I was starting my 2nd split workout of the week (following Daniel's series) but after a few weight lifts I started feeling dizzy and realised my body was just too knackered from yesterday to workout again. So, I followed this routine and boy oh boy do I feel better now. You guys have absolutely everything - you are the heroes this world deserves (and definitely the ones it needs right now) =D

WORKOUT COMPLETE!!! OMG... This the end of the week 3 of the second round low impact package and I felt so darn good. I really enjoy your low impact packages and will start the round 1 after. I've just completed the challenge! For me the 2nd day was the most challenging, however I enjoyed that day the most. As a result my neck and back pain are gone, many thanks! I'm starting the 4 Week FBReach program tomorrow, I hope that my body will be more toned and flexible. I really need that now, 5 months after giving birth to my first baby.
I LOVE this video. A few months ago I started a serious training program and I found your channel. I do this stretching routine after almost every exercise with some small adjustments and it makes me feel sooo good, it leaves me relaxed in my mind as well as in my body. I enjoy that a lot. I also wanted to say that I love your channel because you are really good instructors, I love your bonus tips, how you have videos for so many types of exercises including warm-up and cool-down and you keep it all in such a real good mood and. Did all 3 videos in three days. I do Crossfit mostly now. I've been doing yoga videos to help with flexibility. I liked doing this video in the mornings to get going and they are just the right amount of time. I liked the variety that each video had to offer.
I've been following you guys for over a year - started out as a wedding diet channel to watch and i turned into a fitness blender fiend! I did day 1 and 2 together and actually loved it as an addition to my workout and did day 3 today. I think I actually liked the roughly 50ish minutes of day 1 and 2 the most. I had a pretty good increased heart rate and sweat going. love love love you and the whole fitness blender fam!
Finished the challenge! Day 3 FOR SURE. I think that was the first time I actually held stretches like that for that long and it really made me feel alive. I wonder, do you have a yoga video that holds poses for around the same duration? You are so helpful with your reminders on what to pay attention to! I love that about fitness blender. Since I'm just beginning, I've been paranoid that I'm not having proper body mechanics and I see your mindfulness in that area!! Off to search your archives for a yoga routine for tomorrow morning. Thank you for helping change my life. You guys are awesome and amazing and Jesus loves you so much and is using you in powerful ways.
This was a nice different challenge (I've done all your others, too). I struggle with anxiety, and so slow non-dynamic routines are usually very hard for me to get through (not distracting enough). But after this third day my upper back fatigue is lessened, my resting pulse got down to just under 60 bpm, and my movements feel more deliberate. Plus it affirmed the necessity of spending more quiet time with my body. So I'd say this challenge was successful. Thank you!
Great series! I was born with Spina Bifida and I'm just now getting back into the gym after almost 20 years. this has been a big help in regaining flexibility and range of motion!
Workout complete! Great stretching - I need to start stretching every day. Day 3 was my favorite.... but I like all the classes that have the 30 second timers.
Thanks ! I would appreciate more static stretching like this. Like you said, Kelly, this is what helps us do all the other types of training and to push ourselves safely :) I've implemented this one once a week as a cool down and/or day off. I've already noticed a difference (with other stretching too).

Love the Pilates and stretching, weightlifting, and HIIT. Can you please, Daniel and Kelly, have a challenging HIIT routine with no kneeling and no jumping? I can't put weight directly on my left knee and I can't jump! I keep switching exercises to ones I CAN do.

ive loved this series. For a few reasons, but mainly because im hard pressed for time and energy so im not consistent with my exercise. im finding that the older i get the more invested i am in protecting by joints and muscles over intense workouts. So yes i loved this and because it built up over time i was able to slowly get into it. thank you!

Hi Kelly ,post pregnancy I felt my core din have enough strength ,especially while lying down n getting up , I did these three day challenge and a couple of ur easy core workouts and I can see that my core is recovering ( I started exercising after a 9 month break after pregnancy) so I love all the three days of this and am thankful to fitness blender for my recovery :)
Thanks again Kelli! Day 2 was my favorite bc it was the most challenging and new stretches I've never done were introduced. Day 1 was a workout! I did 7 other stretching routines that day and your Day 1 challenge was the best! Day 3 was OK. I had to improvise bc I already incorporate many of those into my routine daily, so I either made tweaks or did something else all together. Thank you for making all videos lengthy so we can focus on the moves and not the clicks. Muah!
I like all three -- they are very complementary, good to do on three successive days. This one is especially good for people with stiffness or arthritis.
Started stretching again with this video, after over 4 months of no exercise, and its awesome stretch and a great way to ease myself back into fitness again. This video will be on my playlist forever for stretching. AWESOME!!

dear lovely lady, i did the full 3 days workout. i did the 2nd and 3rd days together as i was too excited. Honestly i was able to see major change in my flexibility to an extend that i was able to hold my both finger toes when stretching my arms on the 3rd day workouts. i cannot recall ever being able to do it, so thank you. i have a knee issue, so i shouldn't bend my knees more than 90 degrees for the time, and for that i couldn't do some exercises properly. i wish if there are special excercises for people like me. i loved the 3rd day workouts the most, then the 1st then the 2nd day workouts. All the best, i hope you read this!

Work out complete! Never felt so proud of myself. The first day was painful because I was going through a lot of emotions and personal struggles. I gave up after the first 15 minutes but as I was skipping ahead in the video I felt I needed to complete this so I got up again after a minute and finished day one. It's so rewarding that you just have to keep going after that. ❤️ absolutely love how they don't put any annoying music in the videos!
This is great before going to bed. My favorite was Day 2. It gave me good sweat but made me feel so good in all parts of my body. I think I needed exactly something like that. Thanks for your awesome videos -neat, efficient, easy to follow. A huge fan here. :)

I think yoga is fun so I liked day 2 the best. What I enjoyed most about this workout is that it didn't require any equipment. I don't have access to weights so it's always a challenge to find alternatives when I do the FB workouts that use equipment. Thank you for the videos!

I love this three day challenge, and I'm going to keep it as my stretch routine. I am a cancer survivor and still fighting. I had vertebroplasty two years ago and this stretch feels amazing !!

I did this as a recovery workout (part of FB30) and it felt so great! It's crazy how those 26 min flew by, when HITT and Strength of the same length feels never ending! Thank you for all you do, this was an amazing workout!

These came in quite useful. I'm recovering from being sick for about 2 months. The antibiotic I had to take wiped me out. While quite sad that my previous conditioning is not there, it's nice to have routines like this to get back to moving

Loved the work outs. I'm a 66 year old stiff guy so the stretching was good for me. I loved all three days, I will repeat, and I don't think any one was better than the others. Thanks--oh yea, having mellow Pandora as a backround was a great idea.
I did this three day challenge like 3-4 times already. When I am very busy with life and school I squeeze this one at the end of the day and it helps me sleep and not be sore from studying or a lack of exercise. I even got my husband to do it with me once :) He called it a "stretch trial" but claimed it helped him in rock climbing. :) Love the Day 2 the best. I feel the best afterwards.

This one was my fav out of all 3 days and also did it after lower and upper body strength training. I think this would be my 3 day/week routine for some time now. I love this so much! I haven't been feeling too energized the past few days due to lack of sleep, but still wanted to get some form of exercise in so these were perfect!. My favourite was day 2, but I enjoyed them all. Thanks so much Fitnessblender, you've really changed my life :)
WORKOUT COMPLETE!!! OMG... This the end of the week 3 of the second round low impact package and I felt so darn good. I really enjoy your low impact packages and will start the round 1 after. I know I did this backwards but I brought the first one some time again and really wanted to check out round 2... then decided to do both... This actually is the start to working on your higher impact classes. So good... thanks.

I've just completed the challenge! For me the 2nd day was the most challenging, however I enjoyed that day the most. As a result my neck and back pain are gone, many thanks! I'm starting the 4 Week FBReach program tomorrow, I hope that my body will be more toned and flexible. I really need that now, 5 months after giving birth to my first baby.
I LOVE this video. A few months ago I started a serious training program and I found your channel. I do this stretching routine after almost every exercise with some small adjustments and it makes me feel sooo good, it leaves me relaxed in my mind as well as in my body. I enjoy that a lot.
I also wanted to say that I love your channel because you are really good instructors, I love your bonus tips, how you have videos for so many types of exercises including warm-up and cool-down and you keep it all in such a real good mood and. Did all 3 videos in three days. I do Crossfit mostly now. I've been doing yoga videos to help with flexibility. I liked doing this video in the mornings to get going and they are just the right amount of time. I liked the variety that each video had to offer.
I've been following you guys for over a year - started out as a wedding diet channel to watch and i turned into a fitness blender fiend! I did day 1 and 2 together and actually loved it as an addition to my workout and did day 3 today. I think I actually liked the roughly 50ish minutes of day 1 and 2 the most. I had a pretty good increased heart rate and sweat going. love love love you and the whole fitness blender fam!

Finished the challenge! Day 3 FOR SURE. I think that was the first time I actually held stretches like that for that long and it really made me feel alive. I wonder, do you have a yoga video that holds poses for around the same duration? You are so helpful with your reminders on what to pay attention to! I love that about fitness blender. Since I'm just beginning, I've been paranoid that I'm not having proper body mechanics and I see your mindfulness in that area!! Off to search your archives for a yoga routine for tomorrow morning. This was a nice different challenge (I've done all your others, too). I struggle with anxiety, and so slow non-dynamic routines are usually very hard for me to get through (not distracting enough). But after this third day my upper back fatigue is lessened, my resting pulse got down to just under 60 bpm, and my movements feel more deliberate. Plus it affirmed the necessity of spending more quiet time with my body. So I'd say this challenge was successful. Thank you!
Great series! I was born with Spina Bifida and I'm just now getting back into the gym after almost 20 years. this has been a big help in regaining flexibility and range of motion!

Day 3 was my favorite.... but I like all the classes that have the 30 second timers.
Thanks ! I would appreciate more static stretching like this. Like you said, Kelly, this is what helps us do all the other types of training and to push ourselves safely :) I've implemented this one once a week as a cool down and/or day off. I've already noticed a difference (with other stretching too).

Absolutely loved those 3 days. Incredible how my body felt better after day 1. Crazy to think how important those 'boring' poses are. It was like a spa-day for my back, and I found out how to help my lowerback now. Thank you so so much!
Love the Pilates and stretching, weightlifting, and HIIT. Can you please, Daniel and Kelly, have a challenging HIIT routine with no kneeling and no jumping? I can't put weight directly on my left knee and I can't jump! I keep switching exercises to ones I CAN do.

ive loved this series. For a few reasons, but mainly because im hard pressed for time and energy so im not consistent with my exercise. im finding that the older i get the more invested i am in protecting by joints and muscles over intense workouts. So yes i loved this and because it built up over time i was able to slowly get into it. thank you!

Hi Kelly ,post pregnancy I felt my core din have enough strength ,especially while lying down n getting up , I did these three day challenge and a couple of ur easy core workouts and I can see that my core is recovering ( I started exercising after a 9 month break after pregnancy) so I love all the three days of this and am thankful to fitness blender for my recovery :)

I did 7 other stretching routines that day and your Day 1 challenge was the best! Day 3 was OK. I had to improvise bc I already incorporate many of those into my routine daily, so I either made tweaks or did something else all together. Thank you for making all videos lengthy so we can focus on the moves and not the clicks. Muah!

I like all three -- they are very complementary, good to do on three successive days. This one is especially good for people with stiffness or arthritis.

Started stretching again with this video, after over 4 months of no exercise, and its awesome stretch and a great way to ease myself back into fitness again. This video will be on my playlist forever for stretching. AWESOME!!

i did the full 3 days workout. i did the 2nd and 3rd days together as i was too excited. Honestly i was able to see major change in my flexibility to an extend that i was able to hold my both finger toes when stretching my arms on the 3rd day workouts. i cannot recall ever being able to do it, so thank you. i have a knee issue, so i shouldn't bend my knees more than 90 degrees for the time, and for that i couldn't do some exercises properly. i wish if there are special excercises for people like me. i loved the 3rd day workouts the most, then the 1st then the 2nd day workouts. All the best, i hope you read this!

Work out complete! Never felt so proud of myself. The first day was painful because I was going through a lot of emotions and personal struggles. I gave up after the first 15 minutes but as I was skipping ahead in the video I felt I needed to complete this so I got up again after a minute and finished day one. It's so rewarding that you just have to keep going after that. ❤️ absolutely love how they don't put any annoying music in the videos!

This is great before going to bed. My favorite was Day 2. It gave me good sweat but made me feel so good in all parts of my body. I think I needed exactly something like that. Thanks for your awesome videos -neat, efficient, easy to follow. A huge fan here. :)

Loved this 3 day challenge! This was my fav routine, it was really good physically but also mentally, it calmed me down so much.
I completed the 3 day workout challenge and I liked the 1st day the most. I will keep incorporating these flexibility workouts as part of my cool down routine after HIIT or regular cardio. Thank you FB.
I think yoga is fun so I liked day 2 the best. What I enjoyed most about this workout is that it didn't require any equipment. I don't have access to weights so it's always a challenge to find alternatives when I do the FB workouts that use equipment. Thank you for the videos!

I love this three day challenge, and I'm going to keep it as my stretch routine. I am a cancer survivor and still fighting. I had vertebroplasty two years ago and this stretch feels amazing !!

I did this as a recovery workout (part of FB30) and it felt so great! It's crazy how those 26 min flew by, when HITT and Strength of the same length feels never ending! Thank you for all you do, this was an amazing workout!

These came in quite useful. I'm recovering from being sick for about 2 months. The antibiotic I had to take wiped me out. While quite sad that my previous conditioning is not there, it's nice to have routines like this to get back to moving

Loved the work outs. I'm a 66 year old stiff guy so the stretching was good for me. I loved all three days, I will repeat, and I don't think any one was better than the others. Thanks--oh yea, having mellow Pandora as a backround was a great idea.

I did this three day challenge like 3-4 times already. When I am very busy with life and school I squeeze this one at the end of the day and it helps me sleep and not be sore from studying or a lack of exercise. I even got my husband to do it with me once :) He called it a "stretch trial" but claimed it helped him in rock climbing. :) Love the Day 2 the best. I feel the best afterwards.

I just finished this challenge. i liked every Workout and with every one I'd found that some parts of my body were really tight and needed this relief and strech. thank you Kelli! I'm looking forward for another stretching sessions in my workout routine, I surely need to do them more often.
Finished! Day 1 was my favorite. I haven't worked out regularly since about month 3 of my pregnancy and I'm not almost 3 months postpartum! I'm slowly getting back into it and this was a great start!

This one was my fav out of all 3 days and also did it after lower and upper body strength training. I think this would be my 3 day/week routine for some time now.
