    Funny how 27 minutes here passes quickly--I could do these stretches forever. But on one of your HIIT videos, 27 min is a lifetime! :)

    This is honestly the only yoga video I could last through ! Most have a lot of unnecessary talking or are to slow . I find this girl really easy to follow and not to boring and the over all instructions are delivered well.

    I have never ever said this about a workout, but I didn't want this to end! I love that there was no music so I could play my own chill music in the background, and it was focused just on the moves and breathing. Loved it. I actually feel better and more relaxed now than any of the times I've gotten a massage!

    I dont' usually comment but I've been following your videos for a while and I just wanted to thank you guys. I had a horrible day and was so stressed and I decided, what the heck. I did a HIIT yesterday so regurlar workout was out of the question. I did two of the yoga videos and feel so much better. I'm so glad there are people as commited as you are to others.     This is the BEST stretching routine I've come across yet! Nothing too complicated or fast-paced - just basic moves that stretch all the right places and allow for plenty of breathing time. Thank you!

    When the workout was over, I couldn't believe it had been 27 minutes! I am a pretty fit 47 yo with a scoliotic curve in my back, so this felt so good to my lower back. I could feel it in my core as well. This was much needed today after a busy week and some HIIT videos earlier this week. Thanks, Fitness Blender! I LOVE you guys!

    Can you please make more long (20min+) stretching videos like this? I love it! It makes me feel so calm and relaxed, and I do this routine as often as I can. I've already increased my flexibility A LOT! :D

    This is a great workout video. There is no music, just the soothing words of the fitness star. She is very encouraging to me, who is used to having 'drill sergeant' type guides for my workouts. I have been doing this last three days in a row and it is definitely incentive to keep going when I feel so much better afterward. This is also a great recovery video: went too hard on myself last week when I got super motivated to get fit again, and I have been horrendously sore ever since. This vid is helping me recover so I can get to those HIIT exercises I very much want to do on the daily. My goal is mainly to tone up, not lose weight, though I'm hoping I lose about 10 lbs or so with mindful eating and daily stretching / HIIT exercises. Thanks for making these free!!!

    This is my favorite recovery day stretching routine. I always feel so rejuvenated after I am done. Doing this once a week lets me stay on track with the rest of my work out schedule. Love Fitness Blender. Keep up the awesome work!

    I felt so sore and exhausted this morning I thought about skipping a workout. Then I thought again & decided to try this workout. Boy, am I ever glad I did! Now, instead of cranky & worn out I am ready to start the day. Thanks again Fitness Blender for coming to the rescue. You need "S"s on your chests:D!

    It took the hand of jesus to get me out of bed this morning but I'm glad I did this workout. Much needed after going HAM the past month on my workouts. My goal now is to incorporate this workout once a week on my rest days. Thank you!

    I was supposed to do one of your HIIT workouts today, but I have a cough that has been getting aggravated from exercise. Decided to take it easy today, so glad I did! :) I feel very relaxed.

    A bit of feedback!
    This video is so great, along with all of your other stretching / yoga videos. It makes me feeling so loosened up and relaxed. I love to do these workout on resting days and days where I’m just too sore to work out. It really makes a difference!
    Another great thing, which really keeps me focused and motivated for my weight-loss, is that you always mention; now go and get some healthy food... I don’t know why, but every time when you say it, also like in any other video than yoga, I feel so amazing and motivated to just keep going!

    12 minutes into this and i can't do any further. But my shoulder ache disappears leaving just a lil bit of my back pain! This is even better than me going to get a massage. Thank you 🙏🏻

    This is exactly what I needed today. I missed two days of workout due to not feeling well and a one year old that was teething. I didn't want to go three days in a row without working out so I done a 5 min warm up, a 20 min total body workout and this video as a extended cool down and it felt wonderful. I feel so much better mentally and physically. Started my journey to get healthy in Dec 2021 and I am down 14 pounds. I can also tell my stamina and strength has improved so much. I couldnt even do a push up off my knees when I started. I had to use a table to do one push up and that was hard for me. Now I can actually do push ups off my knees and even a few the harder way. 💪

    I had been really motivated the two weeks before this week, but I got sick so I couldn't workout or do anything. So naturally I've gotten accustomed to my lazy lifestyle again. I don't want to stay here so I'm stretching and it really helps get me motivated. It's easy enough so I can talk myself into it, but when I do it I feel my muscles working and I remember how much I love to workout, also during this stretching my nose started to run which I'd been having some congestion problems (My nose refuses to let go of it's snot) so that was a nice relief. Thank you for this video

    Amazing routine and Kelly is such a lovable instructor! I am a freelance writer and due to my work in front of a computer I've since developed nasty shoulder and back problems, plus a tennis elbow. I just have a really bad posture when i work with my notebook! My physician advised to do more sports to antagonise the pain, instead of relying on pain medication. I took up swimming and I started exercising with a Theraband (also called Flex band or resistance band) to strengthen my upper back and the shoulders. This video 'stretchOut' is a perfect complement to my usual routine. After finishing the workout and upon return to my computer desk I feel both relaxed and invigorated. My posture is much better, I feel less pain and more focused. Highly recommendable! Thank you, I like the other fitnessBlender videos as well!! Keep up the good work(outs) !!!!!

    I have been doing your 15min stretch and always did it twice but really like this vid. Congrats on how far you both have come, I started working out with you back in Jan 2012 and have now joined a gym and a fantastic bootcamp with some more like minded ladies, couldn't have done it without you both.     i wanted to thank you! You made my back pain go away a bit, because i really really have back pain often (i drive around alot due to my job and feel the pain more and more every day passing by).
    I surely will repeat your excercises daily. Didnt know you can have such results by.. well.. just that.
    Bought alot of crap such as a back stretcher, and.. other stuff.

    Good idea to post this video after that Brutal 1000 Calorie Workout. I've been pretty sore since completing that one yesterday, and wasn't sure which recovery video to do, so this is PERFECT!

    I definitely liked this one. I think it's one of the best of FB's stretching routines, and I'm surprised that I just found it. After abdominal surgery Nov 9, 2017, I'm just getting back slowly into working out as I'm still recovering. Have been feeling so tight and stiff after not working out for months, and even some "beginner" workouts are a little too much so soon. Will definitely continue with this one for a while. 16/2/2018

    This is 7-8 months after I had was in a car accident. Which left me with a tbi. And I used to use fitness blender before so why not the stretches to help me recover now? I love these two so much, there amazing

    Ahhh feeling much better now, completed a HIIT workout yesterday after a fair few months off, definitely felt it today. That was nice and relaxing! Felt like I wanted to hold some of the stretches abit longer like the glute stretch but wasn't sure if you can overstretch? Never mind, awesome workout!

    Thank you for all the awesome workouts. This is perfect after my gym workouts. And a lot of the other workouts I can do at home. Having no music is so good I can totally focus on the workout and forget things going on around me.

    Wow.... Feels amazing!
    My arms/shoulders have been really sore today. I did one of your kick-boxing/HIIT workouts a couple of days ago. Then did another HIIT yesterday (which includes exercises that puts stress on your arms - ie: burpees). I also did a low impact workouts today, just before this one. My arms/shoulders feels sooooooooo much better! It was stinging a bit near the end, when we had to the rounding/curving of the back (straight after the alternating arm/leg lift)..... but now, my shoulder feel so much looser! Thanks!
