So happy to hear that items can be viewed online and not just packed away. I just looked at the theater exhibits and loved what I saw and read about. ❤ Good luck with the move. It sounds like a massive undertaking.
It’s always a joy to see a V&A ASMR video! The most delicious sounds for my ears. And I am so thankful for this channel, it made me take the steps to start down a career path for preservation.
Longer please!!!! I will help if you need any consulting lol. Or maybe a job hunting down ASMR stuff and people at your museum? You are amazing-just need longer to fully relax ❤
I meant to post this on this video: 3 Things we enjoy about ASMR at the Museum: 1. The opening and closing of drawers and boxes, the sounds of doors, of footsteps, of clickity asmr voices. 2. The visuals that linger on satisfying elements of design, ratio, contrast, on stills that could be photographs themselves. 3. The history and showcasing of items at the museum and in the archives. I may never walk the halls of the V&A, but from across the world I am there today from my living room. These videos are creating a legacy for the museum while the museum safeguards the legacies of its many inhabitants.
i'm not sure if it's exactly like this but a lot of people who work in museums and places like this get history degrees and do research as internships for museums
as a costume and textile curator I appreciate the work put into every drawer! It will be glorious to visit the theatre collection again I used to love visiting the theatre museum many years ago :)
Just discovered this channel and series today. Thank you SO MUCH for not whispering (much) in any of these ASMR videos. I have misophonia and cannot stand the sound of whispering. Most ASMR videos have it. 😞
If you could have seen just the Theatre and Performance stores, thousands upon thousands of photographs, cuttings, archives, library, designs, objects and costumes! 😳
V & A could dominate the ASMR world if it wanted to. Some of the best ASMR content on the web!
It is indeed!
💯
Or Rzther Julie Tose Bower could who makes these
I'm so happy you guys are back with the ASMR!!

Swishing of her dress and tights reminds me of church ladies when I was a child.
Doors and drawers opening and closing isn’t really asmr but interesting content for sure.
