I would love the recipe in English. Also how do you keep wind and cold on the meat? Do you keep yours outside? I live in the USA and in Texas. It this process possible where I live?
In Serbia humidity is very high, that's why we dry our meat out in the cold. I believe that it is possible to dry the meat on higher temperatures if the humidity is lower so it doesn't spoil. But that's my guess, you should try to confirm that with some other sources
