Ok. These are the builds I like to see, not just the 100k rotisserie builds that will never see a highway. I want to see nice, clean daily drivers that you can go to work in, or go cruising the spot or take the All American Road Trip in. Grassroots motorsports at it's finest. Well done, sir. Well done.

Im glad to see you going with a 4l60e. Too many people always want to go with the 4l80 and like they making big power. Thanks for being honest. Stock driveshaft, stock rear end. Drivability for highway and street driving. Everything doesn’t have to be a race car. Bit by bit fellas

@@drejackson1000thanks so much for your time doing this video. I’m doing my car soon, my first LS swap. Trying to figure out what some of the components are on the engine. I’m first going to ID the block VIN and year for sure- then go from there. The two lines (with silver locked ends and black braided runs) on the left side of the truck intake are the fuel supply and return, correct?

driver side 2nd spark plug wire was literally sittin on the header that will melt eventually grab some sparkplug wire boots for them to insulate them, also get that red wire off the fuel line with the metal clamp, where the fuel pump is... thats a time bomb if that wire splices over time by vibration it can ignite... and i'd also advise you to think about getting a better upper radiator hose situation cuz that thang is kinked and restricting flow.... coo car overall looks nice... thanks for sharin it

Reliable, never floods, more power, more mpg (even with a cam) better cruising with the 4l60. Money well spent

What clamps did you use for the fuel lines? People say certain clamps won’t stand up to the psi of the fuel pump etc. Obviously you haven’t had that problem with them clamps. And do you have a link to that fuel pump? That’s an in-line fuel pump correct? Part number wasn’t showing in the video.
