    This workout is all about training your core, building strength, and enhancing stability. We’ll focus on engaging your abs, obliques, and lower back while incorporating some glute and shoulder work for a full-body challenge. Each exercise will be done for 30 seconds, followed by a quick 10-second rest to reset and get ready for the next move. I hope you guys like this one as much as I do :)
    Take this time to really connect with your body, engage your muscles, and focus on every movement. Remember to breathe deeply, maintain control, and most importantly, have fun.
