I am a complete beginner with the locomotive movement and found your video very well explained, the rhythm is perfect for following along. Appreciate your work!
Beneficial for a lot of different quality development. I can’t comment on your own specifics. If you can perform it without pain, go for it and see what happens after you consistently practice it for a few sessions!
Man that’s is a really good warmup … also the loco is very nice! Love it! And start watching the other stuff. Appreciate. Last time I did dragon squats I was empty of Gas after a few reps. Than I started sissy squats and the diagonal stretch. Now it is kind of easy. Really crazy … thanks for that
Thank you! These movements are what I've been looking for. Your Locomotion Library is helping me so much. Movement practice can seem overwhelming sometimes, and having everything in one place means so much to me. I can't thank you enough. 🙏 The Dragon Step is probably my favourite movement. Really highlights my side-to-side imbalances.
So appreciative of you and this video! i find you to be a great teacher. And it was perfect to help me start getting acquainted with the floor. Eager to explore more of your work.

your videos are the best for learning some practices on your own... thanks :)

Thanks Mephju!
What is this beneficial for? I have lower back mobility issues (disc thinning L4/L5). Will this help? Plus I do martial arts.
