    What is this beneficial for? I have lower back mobility issues (disc thinning L4/L5). Will this help? Plus I do martial arts.

      Beneficial for a lot of different quality development. I can’t comment on your own specifics. If you can perform it without pain, go for it and see what happens after you consistently practice it for a few sessions!

    Man that’s is a really good warmup … also the loco is very nice! Love it! And start watching the other stuff. Appreciate.
    Last time I did dragon squats I was empty of Gas after a few reps. Than I started sissy squats and the diagonal stretch. Now it is kind of easy. Really crazy … thanks for that

    The Dragon Step is probably my favourite movement. Really highlights my side-to-side imbalances.
