Hum your other tutorials were better... the main issue for me at least, is how to be able to put my legs in front of my hands while landing after the jumps. I think many people are facing this same issue.. can you help? (thanks for the sharing)

hey - you need to improve your straddle flexibility - I would look at pancake flexibility drills such as a performing an elevated straddle lift from the box - here's a great tutorial from friend Paul - ruclips.net/video/0dnOQV77mhQ/видео.html

Great tutorial! My problem with the frog is stepping my feet up to my hands! I saw you do it (beyond actually) near the end with the long jump 1:36, and I see other practitioners do the same, but I seem to hit the end of my hips range of movement short a couple inches of my hands :(
    Any advise?

Try to think of actively pulling up your hips (so hard your hip flexors cramp). You can also think of crunching hard with the abs. Otherwise if you wanted to work on strength and mobility directly - you could use a straight arm planche progression for strength, and look up straddle L sit lifts from the floor to work on your mid section compression. It's like an active bent leg pancake. This will help you get that range.
