  • In this quick tutorial, we will go over the Frog Hops. Frog Hops to the top and back of the mat allow you to understand how much momentum you may need to get the hips over the shoulders. This drill is one of the most helpful handstand drills when learning balance, control and coordination upside down. Please drop a like and a comment!
