    I am back.
    How are your tuck handstands? They are not easy to learn. Don't give up but get started with working on the timing in your jumps, on being compact and on drawing the hips back.

      Oh super, das freut mich sehr. Ja der Puck hat sich ausnahmsweise überzeugen lassen für ein Video. Vielen Dank für die netten Worte wie immer :) Ich kriege nicht viele Handstände hin, wenn es so heiß ist, soviel ist sicher! Ich hoffe es klappt gut mit dem Tuck.

    Hi Natalie. I am impressed with the quality of your videos. My main issue is that my wrists get really sore if I practice any hand balancing workout or cartwheel or anything that requires me to be upside down on my hands. How to improve this situation. I am unable to see progress because my wrists and fingers keep troubling me. Any tips?? Thanks a ton

    One thing i always wondered about you due to you having high amounts of elevation strength in the shoulders. Just curious can you do a freestanding HSPU?

      Yes definitely. If you get the tuck shape really compact it will help you with that.

      Between my thumbs yes. If you struggle with opening the shoulders properly move the focus a bit further front to a 45° angle, the main thing is that you look at the floor and that you keep a fixed focus.
