    Hi, love this video. Very resourceful 🙌 How much of the balance is using the fingers once you’ve locked the palms, shoulders and jumped ? Especially how you come down so slowly

    Thanks a lot man, this helped me today to get my first correct hip on top without raising my legs up. It has changed my view and approach towards the handstand entirely. You also earned yourself a new follower. Great Video. 👏👏👏

    how does this not have more views and likes!? by the way when im doing this, is it normal for my shoulder to hurt when I get down and release my weight from my hands?

      Thank you 🙏 I’d suggest increasing the conditioning and mobility of your upper body. Hanging daily can often reduce this type of discomfort but if it continues make sure you get assessed by someone in person like a physio
