pretty good deal for that price. we got the RODE Wireless Go 2 earlier this year and even though they're pricey, they are really good! thanks for the review!
We got the rode wireless and we used them for a year almost two. But stopped working and didnt get clear volume so we ended up buying a rode regular mic and that is what we have attached to our camera. These look pretty good actually. The plastiky feeling must not be nice, but the difference in price is considerable. Thanks for this review Aaron! And say hello to Wera!
Nice informative review, what puts me off these is the huge white logo on front of them it makes them look cheap, I wonder if some carefully used solvent would remove it, they'd look so much better in black.
Can you use both mics that come with the kit at the same time? Like if you have a guest on your podcast, are you able to use the other mic at the same time??
Man, I hate when I forget the furry wind screens at home...and then you get a bunch of wind..Ha.. the noise reduction segment, reminded me how I forget the wind screens all the time. Great review! Hope your summer is rocking!
@@RudyVisuals it's been great, and busy paddling into different lakes etc. Mixed weather here, hot and cool. I heard it was pretty hot in the U.K this summer. Hope it continues to be great for you!
I am always hesitant when it comes to these off brand chinese companies that make camera stuff, but hollyland seem like one of they always put out good stuff.
The microphones are so tiny they sound very good for $150 I'm not that impressed with the noise cancellations but I don't think any microphones in that price range can do it

thanks for the review!
For the price point it sounds really good and I like the design too.
Thank you, much appreciated!
I got the rode wireless go from our last chat but if they ever broke, I would definitely consider these as a replacement, thanks for the great review!
Glad I could help! :)
another good and honest review man!
Thank you!

Very useful for vlogging, great review.

Many greetings for you 😃😃 Your videos are so good and the product is so professional!! I like how small and portable the Hollyland Lark M1 is

Yeah we are big fans of Hollyland stuff :)
it is good! nice review
Thank you!
Thank you sir for review I have another info. about wireless mic.
Glad I could help!
Great review. Nice gear. Greetings my friends and thanks for sharing. Have a nice day. ThUp.
do you have to connect the mic to a device such as a phone or a camera? or can you record and get a file from the receiver itself?
Nice informative review, what puts me off these is the huge white logo on front of them it makes them look cheap, I wonder if some carefully used solvent would remove it, they'd look so much better in black.
Thank you! That's a really good point actually, they are distracting now that you mention it. Might try to remove it with some isopropyl alcohol.
Nice review Aaron. Does it not come with a lapel mic that you can attach to it?
No lapel mic option but you don't really need it for this mic.
Can you use both mics that come with the kit at the same time? Like if you have a guest on your podcast, are you able to use the other mic at the same time??
Yes of course :)
@@RudyVisuals Thank you
Hi, Would thus work on laptop for microsof teams meetings? Thx
I believe so
Looks great, but can you use it with a phone or tablet or connect to your computer?
You can indeed!
what do tou reccomoned to record pro sound? The sony wireless lav is very expensive.
If you can, the rode wireless go is still the best IMO.

Thanks dude, it's been a great summer, hope your having a great one too!

Thanks for the review 👍wireless mics are getting smaller and smaller these days
Yes they are!
How can i enable using them with snapchat ?
How are they in wind?
In light to moderate wind the windshields work really well but not so good in very strong winds.
I am always hesitant when it comes to these off brand chinese companies that make camera stuff, but hollyland seem like one of they always put out good stuff.
Yep, Hollyland have a good track record of putting out good stuff consistently :)
I personally find it distracting seeing clip on mics like that. Prefer if mic is out of shot.
I just googled the price of those sony mics 😮
Yeah they are not cheap :(
❤❤❤❤
NC just seems like a marketing gimmick to add a cool feature, it sounds not too good here, but the mic itself sounds quite nice.
The microphones are so tiny they sound very good for $150 I'm not that impressed with the noise cancellations but I don't think any microphones in that price range can do it
Yeah the sound is great. Tbh I find noise cancellation is so so on most of these types of mics, I just keep it off.
I don't really have issue with wireless mics like this being visible. It's no worse than big podcasts mic in front of someones face.
Yeah that's true, podcasts mic do sound much better but it depends what look you want.
Bro, you have this so much negative view of the brand. The quality of this mic is a killer of that overprice rode mics 😂
I thought the review was mostly positive :)
