Is MR Architects takes both designing and construction including interior on turn key basis in Trichur? If so what would be the cost for 2500 sq feet for the same quality and pattern shown in the video and time to complete the project?

@@ourmagicworld Still Rs.2250/ sq. Ft. 😇😇ok. Good👍In our area a construction with minimum requirements comes to around Rs.2200/ sq. Ft. ( contract rates).
@@vinunair8437 We did it before corona and the rate was Rs 1600/sqft. The Architect even used alot of budget reducing techniques to maintain the budget limit.
