@@ronaldgulling1038 Answer: There is a California Penal Code law that allows anglers to carry a gun while fishing and while hiking to and from their angling site. California Penal Code, section 12025 prohibits carrying concealed firearms in California, however, section 12027 provides the following exemption to this prohibition: “Licensed hunters or fishermen carrying pistols, revolvers or other firearms capable of being concealed upon the person while engaged in hunting or fishing, or transporting those firearms unloaded when going to or returning from the hunting or fishing expedition.”

Had an incident traveling with my family through West Memphis some years back. We had stopped at a motel that looked good, but after we checked in and drove around the back parking lot, we find out it was butted up against the bad part of town. We carried our luggage inside and and we were on the second floor overlooking the back parking lot. When I was carrying the last bag in, overheard a couple of crackheads talking about jumping me or breaking into our room. I made it up to the room without incident by avoiding them, but about 30 minutes later, after our lights had been out for around 10 minutes, heard them outside the door and heard our card reader beep like they had a master key. I had placed the swinging latch on the door and placed a leaning chair under the handle to delay any intruders. When the door slowly opened up the crackhead I had overheard was met by a .45 pointed at his head by me and my wife had her 9mm. Needless to say the door closed quickly and I heard 2 of them trip going down the stairs. Since we couldn't afford another room somewhere else, my wife and I swapped out standing watch the remainder of the night letting our kids sleep without any more incidents. Always be aware of your surroundings and never go ANYWHERE without the expectation someone is going to try and hurt you or worse.

I watched this video a bunch of times and I can't quite make out what the guys are saying after they walk up to the video poster other than "my bad bro". People get jumped by groups all the time normally when that happens all the people converge upon and attack the person at once. In the video here it kinda sounds like the guy asked him a question and got a gun pulled on him. Possible they were just pestering him or asking a question then got a gun pulled on them. This group of males likely learned from this that they should be carrying around guns if they want to feel safe. Found a carniceria "Mexican butchery/grocery store" with nice-sized burritos for $5, in 2019. Dope, day going great. Not only are u apart of the concealed carry class but u went through all the hoops it takes to get one in CA. Real patriot.
U can carry legally while hunting fishing or camping in ca without a permit. Just has to be unloaded in certain conservation areas. Otherwise your good to have it concealed or open carry while fishing
Thats a push
@@ronaldgulling1038 Answer: There is a California Penal Code law that allows anglers to carry a gun while fishing and while hiking to and from their angling site. California Penal Code, section 12025 prohibits carrying concealed firearms in California, however, section 12027 provides the following exemption to this prohibition: “Licensed hunters or fishermen carrying pistols, revolvers or other firearms capable of being concealed upon the person while engaged in hunting or fishing, or transporting those firearms unloaded when going to or returning from the hunting or fishing expedition.”
Real patriotism involves ignoring Unconstitutional laws such as those that infringe on the Second Amendment in any fashion

I'm more impressed that you were able to get a carry license in California.

Awareness is at it's peak when you can see things from multiple perspectives and angles. I wouldnt teach people to be sketched out by people just walking in your direction.

In California, you are allowed to carry a firearm while fishing. However, there are some restrictions:
You must have a valid concealed carry permit.
The gun must be unloaded and in a locked container while you are fishing.
You may also open carry a gun while fishing if you are on private property and have the permission of the landowner.
