    It’s not because we stopped buying whole fish. It’s because we don’t have fishmongers anymore 🥲 most people I know bought this way, but all the mongers have gone from inland areas 🤷‍♀️ your lucky if you can find one in a supermarket. There is one in my local Morrisons but you can’t buy whole fish, unless it something small like trout and mackerel. This needs to change 🤷‍♀️🧐

    All this from a man who led a company which failed leaving huge debts and employees out of pocket and out of a job.

      @@mArvAlcao71 he came out of his “mistake” still very, very rich whilst the people who suffered from his “mistake” were people who had made no “mistake”.

      @@mArvAlcao71 is “nor completely unscathed” really the best excuse that can be made? I would suggest that you look at the company accounts and see how much money Mr Oliver made from the business. If there is any feature of Mr Oliver which was damaged by the failure it is the well-deserved damage to his reputation amongst those that care
