Peugeot partner 16, my mechanic says when changing the air filter , there is a pipe beside which tends to break. I didn't see any pipe in your this video .
Please suggest

The pipe you asking right under the brake fluid reservoir that connected to the ait filter housing

The airbox looks a pain to get to and vibrates causing it to sound like a tank.
