I found a useful tool to help push in the second filter was a blunt table knife. Tbh anything long, flat and inflexible should help to keep the bottom filter pushed down while you nudge the top one in.
Well I never, I never knew there was an air filter down there.. Or two. Probably sounds a bit daft of me.. But thanks for the video! . I'll be ordering some soon and fitting them now you've shown me how to..!Thank you and loving your content.
Thanks for this clip yours is much easier to follow and simple , iv seen others too and they make it seem as complicated as it is lol. Looks like mine needs doing as only just brought it and I can smell something funky 😢
Got to a point where the garages are charging so much for servicing that I have decided to do it myself this year on my bought from new 2019 68 Reg partner. Just looking for guidance vids and came across your site. Just brilliant what you do and how you describe it thanks. Do you have one on changing the fuel filter? Take care and keep them coming👍
I have had my Berlingo B9 for 12 years. When I tried searching for the filters a good few years back, I was lead to believe that they resided under the glove compartment box :-( I have just followed your video and found the filters. Oh my word! To think that I have been driving around for so many years with the filters in such a terrible condition.
Mate ive had such dramas with this. First time servicing van myself and appauled. The sensor thing inside fuel filter was snapped and blue tac on drain at bottom then this filter they clearly struggled so they just crushed the filter in couldt even get the black cap back on which i remember finding under my van seat and wonderong what it was. Now theyre stuck i cant get them out and in trying they have flipped vertically inside so no chance now. Any advice?
@@dadskillzcars good thinking my gran has got one of those, sadly I don't think it will have the strength though as filter has flipped right around inside. Honestly fuming with mechanic, the whole point of paying a "professional" I'd for peace of mind that they will do a propper job and not strip threads or snap and force things. Really appreciate your videos bud.
I think that`s part of the service, but don`t believe many would change them, but give out the old BS saying they have. Had 3 simple oil changes in 10 years KwikFit, cross threaded the sump plug. National Tyres wrong oil filter, blasted off the thread, twice, covered the engine bay in oil, twice. Carrera Worx, Brentford cracked the oil filter housing by overtightening on my Brand new Peugeot Partner, then tried to blame something else. Then asked me to contribute to the cost. Bodgers, all of them.
Halfway through this and had to come and watch a quick refresh. We have rust stains on the same parts of our knuckles! Cheers.

Detailed and very good video skills
Excellent detail and effort in filming, thank you

I couldn't have done this without your video.
God knows how you filmed that, but you did.
Im now trying to put all my bones back in the right places.
Ha! Cheers for watching!
Great vid, will have a go myself, just wondering did you have a pollen warning in display when starting?
No I didn’t. Good luck!

Good film and illustration...but i missed the take out of filter number two. Is it stuck long way in there ? Into the hole ?

Yes there is a service vid somewhere with the diesel filter on
change that every year together with the air filter and oil change. Make it a part of the yearly serviceroutine =)
@@TonyKomaMusicSweden it is
Very good
Thanks for sharing. What an absolutely ridiculous place to put a service item.

@@justinf1343on my 2018 tepee B9 they are under the glove box but I have LHD as am in France.
Hi after replacing fuel filter i have leak from an hose under the car do u know about it
No wonder the cabin filter never gets changed at services…yet you still get charged. How do you check it has been done?
I think you would have to put a bit of tape over the removable panel before hand then see if it’s been disturbed after!!
Useful video.
Cheers, thanks for watching!
Done this and the old filter has fallen down so now it can’t be reached and now the temp dial is pretty much stuck in a half rotation.
