Thanks for coming back to something more "down to earth" this is really why I appreciated a lot your channel in the first place. While some other car reviewers are great at summarizing. you are definitely one of the best for those very slow and in-depth reviews with every detail. Your reviews are a little bit more like a full guide of the car instead of simply a review from my POV. It's one of those channel where we don't expect 2-3-4 videos every week, but a very detailed video every 2-3 weeks if that make sense

I’ve got to reluctantly replace my 2011 SAAB. I looked at Stelvio, wished for a Giulia wagon, and saw one of these on the way home. I test drove one and I’m amazed. It’s basically a more refined 9-3X with the same drive train but smoother, quieter ride. The best part is that the 9-3X with comparable equipment was quite a bit more in 2011. This trim level is currently being discounted to $30,000-33,000 range. That makes this Rüsselsheim product a steal!!!!

I drive a B5.5 Passat wagon...it’s getting up there in miles and i’m looking for a potential replacement...And this is at the top of the list. Just today I saw eight wagons on a local main street in the span of 10mins from VW, Audi, Mercedes and one Volvo. Wagons are way more useful than a compact SUV or even a full size SUV, when will the American buyer realize this..

We have one equipped with every option…the TourX is a great car: Super practical, sleek looks with its long & low shape, even stands out from other *wagons* let alone all the CUV/SUVs, loads of rear leg room, beautiful pano sunroof,
*Only* gripes: lack of storage cubbies, no paddle shifters or sport mode, can’t turn off start/stop

We picked up a 2018 TourX 2.0T and traded a 2016 Envision 2.0T. I love the handling of the wagon vs the SUV but the shorter vertical viewing area and smaller mirrors make it difficult to see out of for my 6'-1" frame.
Handles like a champ in the snow where FWD are spinning their tires from a stop I just change lanes and ho around them. The snow tires are icing on the cake for torque vectoring AWD.
If we can keep the speed limit at 65 mph or so we can close to 40 mpg in winter weather. Come summer it should be solid +40 mpg.

Personally I haven't been able go watch a full video of yours for a while due to all of the technical details, not complaining just my personal opinion. I think this is a great design and frame. With people buying suvs and auto manufacturers making them bigger, heavier, and feeling sluggish at times, I feel this is a great alternative to have the space to have fun going off road, go on a group trip without the large size of a SUV that feels pretty annoying now. This has the body size that light enough to take off like a sedan but with enough space to put whatever you need.

I love wagons, just wish it was bigger. We looked at one as a change from our handicap van. The rear door, like most other cars, doesn't open wide enough to get the wheelchair close enough for easy entry and exit. The door opening itself is a little small as well. I know many would like a GS version. I'd prefer seeing an L version with another 6 to 12 inches added to the rear seating area and doors.

This is the in-depth tour we, the long-time Saabkyle04 fans, have been waiting for. It's cleaner and more viewer-friendly. Although your last in-depth reviews are quite a lot more informative, they are filled with overcomplicated information and stuff, which seem to prompt me to enroll in automotive school and become a PhD.😂 Kidding aside, I think this one is simple, with only the right amount of details for us to get to know the car featured. Your manner of talking is also great! I like that impromptu, on-the-spot fashion which gives you direct interaction to the audience, unlike the ones in your former in-depth reviews where you seemed to have prepared a script for recording. Good to see you back Kyle. I've been a subscriber for awhile, but I never watched the project car vid's.
It's especially nice to see this Regal wagon as your pick for a return to car reviews. I'm a shameless Buick fan myself, and I work at a full line GM dealership as well. So I've treated myself to a 2017 Lacrosse, and I guess I'm a little biased. Unfortunately, we don't get these wagons up here in Canada. Just the Regal sedan. It's a Wonderfull car. Built in Germany. They're the only car (other than the Corvette) that we receive shipped in protective cocoon.
Sadly, it's not a seller. I've seen one go out in the last year. As you say, every one want's an SUV or cross-over. In fact, GM is ceasing production of 6 of it's car lines this summer. If you want one of these, it might be good to grab one soon.

Great video, Kyle, new subscriber, wagon lover and happy TourX owner here. So over SUVs! Loved that you showed the night capabilities, no other TourX review I've seen has done this, and yeah it's freakin' cool in daylight but even cooler at night! One thing I didn't see here was the illuminated hatch assist - car projects a logo on ground beneath hatch and you can kick your foot underneath to auto-open it in case your arms are full with kids, groceries, etc. I liked the rest of the review also -- great in-depth observations/info and the length was fine, I just turned up the speed a bit. Looking forward to seeing more of your vids!

Strongly Considering this! How is the ride quality and how are the seats comfort wise? Those are my two biggest concerns over anything else. Also my current car is very low to the ground and I was thinking of an SUV to make entry and exit easier - how is this thing to get in and out of? Really not a fan of SUV's except for the ease of entry and exit and certainly do not like crossovers. I love wagons!

Hey Kyle, great video! I actually like this format, the POV works well especially when someone is well versed, and knows the cars options and quirks. You do and it works so dont change that, I do think some more sound clips would be nice, especially for performance cars like fly by's for example. This was a good balance for overall presentation and information, this works so why change it, the level of "calmness" and realism in the video is quite refined. Not the typical I hate this car because it's not an audi, or BMW vibe so keep the format it stands out and I always learn something watching your vids. P.S I too like wagons, and I think if you can get a volvo v90 on here it will be dope.

Hey man, thanks a lot! Double check on the LC500, I should have a review up as well. A V90 would be AMAZING! I really appreciate the feedback!

I love watching you nerd out. You like all the weird cars I like. Love wagons and I’m loving this one a lot. Glad I came across your review. Thanks for showing all the lights and interior lights too. I have a CC and I have cornering lights and I can’t live without them anymore. Maybe when I buy a 1989 crown Vic I’ll let it slide. But that will be a second car. Keep the good videos coming.

The only station wagon I owned was a 1991 Ford Taurus. I loved that car. Can’t wait till more of these come off of leases, one has my name on it 👍

I wouldn't count on many. The residuals are terrible making them poor lease vehicles. You're better off looking for CPO options.

Shame they’re discontinuing this vehicle already. Poor sales didn’t even give Buick a chance for a second gen.

Doesn’t anyone else think that the Regal has a retro/modern look to it. It has the retro looks but still modern at the same time.

Good day to you, Seabjyle04, and just want to say I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Regal CXL, for $7,200. It has 111,000 plus miles on it, so I'm told that the buy is a good one. Thus far, I'm happy w/my car. I was driving a 2002 chevy suburban, for 5 years, so this Buick Regal is a nice upgrade, as far as a car is concerned. My 17 year old daughtor is more than happy to help me to get acquainted w/the basic tech features. I am thus far stoked by this Regal CXL. I have discovered that this car is based off the Opel engineering platform, and I couldn't be happier. This 2011 Buick Regal so far has me smiling. I had no idea that the 18 in rims would be 9 in wide. Those wide rims give this car a very sporty feel, when I'm driving . The car just hugs the road, especially in the corners. Honestly, there's a number of features it has, that are standard for a car, anymore, that my 2002 suburban didn't have. Telescoping steering wheel, heated seats, etc. Thus far, I'm just really happy w/this car, and it's already 10 years of age. Now, to have lots of fun doordashing w/it. Thank you for your time, Seabhyle04.
