I will be making for my daughter but will not be able to use the hot peppers cause she’s 3. Also I will be using ground bison, and replacing the lettuce on top with avocados. Very good recipe!
I love that I can't wait to try it.. but what I would do different, I would wait till after I cut a piece out from the casserole put on a plate and then put sides like the lettuce, pico de gallo, jalapeno and whatever else once I played it because it' would be easier for me that way..👍🙂❤️

Have you tried it using Frito's? My grandmother use to make a version of this using Frito's but it didn't go into the oven, I am wondering how they would hold up in the oven.
