- Some who know the officers involved in the Tyre Nichols case say at least one confirmed that he - and we are hearing several others - were with the new SCORPION Unit that MPD created in 2021 as a solution to fight crime. One man says the same SCORPION Unit stopped him on January 3, four days before Nichols was pulled over.

I saw something where Tyre was seeing one of the cops’ ex gf at work. Just sad. This is why I always avoid cops anywhere I am if I can. I don’t even make eye contact with them, never nod my head or greet any of them when I walk past one. RIP to the young man and possibly others they murdered and we don’t know about.
I am amazed that none of the cops were intelligent enough to realize that this man would not survive this brutal beating. Tyree Nichols did not deserve to be beaten to death for the crime they felt he had commited. Whatever punishment these cops receive won't be enough.

Exactly. When there's a lack of oversight and supervision, they tend to do whatever they want to get their arrests, repping and their egos.
Thank God for that video cam watching all of it happen. No one would have known how really bad it was, and how they did Nothing to help him, just let him lay in the street. Sickening and heartbreaking.
