What has gender to do with it? Why say it like that? How hypocritical is it from this newsbroadcast to phrase it like that. Only when it fits you best they say. It’s time for a civil-justice
The irony of him telling that guy "don't you ever disrespect my officers" then proceeded to verbally disrespect one officer and then physically disrespected another.
@RoderickTheRed you think a coward who hides behind a badge, acts tough towards a handcuffed man (with several other cops present) and puts hands on a woman, an ALPHA MALE? That's the silliest thing I've heard all day. She had more balls than any other man there. Any one of those cops will need her when things get difficult. @Jaidera Mccluney the problem is that you live in a Hollywood TV commercial reality. The times that a police officer kills someone illegally is a drop in the bucket to how many interactions they have. Now I know that you have no idea what I'm talking about, but you should try to learn more about it instead of just being a parrot.
I've never understood this sentiment, as obviously he and anybody else doesn't look around to see who is watching before they get angry, they just get angry. If they thought about it before they did it, they wouldn't do it because it's always bad for them. I am a police officer, and this is one of the reason why the public has a right to be afraid/mistrust police. This subject is a sergeant, not a newbie, and he was the most irate subject on the scene, yelling at the accused who is already in custody and not a threat. He should be deescalating the situation not feeding into it. Real tough guy attacking a female officer. As a police officer, these incidents cause huge set-backs in reference to public trust. It makes me sad.
Im glad you see that but you didn’t mention how NONE of the other cops stood by and did NOTHING its the apathetic ones I worry about the most cause they could stop it they could intervene but no they let that man assault that woman and go overboard with that young man disgusting. Its not the angry cop I fear the most its the majority of the apathetic cops who let sociopathic beasts run amok throughout the police department that REALLY give you guys a bad name. Kudos to that lady cop who embodied nothing but courage and goodness. A rarity in this day and age.
Having worked in one of largest cities as a cop, I noticed the look on the other officers faces. They had that look of “ Oh no, here he comes.” This sergeant is likely a known liability. Probably juicing. In the days before cameras, guys like him with altered uniform sleeves to make their arms look bigger, would show up to a call and not announce their arrival to the dispatcher. Thus, their name was not assigned to the call. Because he was not assigned to the call, he would take liberty to take some shots on the arrestee and just leave the scene. This would leave the officers left at the scene, to deal with taking the subject to the hospital and deal with the subsequent Internal Affairs investigation. Loose cannons like this were riddled throughout the department. My favorites, were the ones always finding dogs to shoot. Later they progressed to people. Like serial killers. If you said anything, you were labeled a rat and get run off of the job, or tucked away in the personnel division. So, you learned to leave any call that the psycho showed up at. We even had females like this. One in particular was a female officer that hated men. ( being politically correct). I called her “ Anna the Hun”. She always found a way to kick men in their privates. I could go on and on, but I’ll just end it with I am fortunate to be out of that totally dysfunctional job.
The most important thing as a police officer is to network and socialize in a positive way with others and be justifiable in all of your actions, and apologetic if need be. No tyrant should be a police officer. Obviously this behavior is caused by underlying mental health issues and he needs to retire and find his peace.
She did the right thing. She saw that the guy detained was potentially going to be unnecessarily harmed (he’s handcuffed and in the car) and she prevented it from escalating further. And she only jumped in when the cop threatened his life. This is how you prevent police brutality.
@@yugiohRockers12 He threatened to mace him, when handcuffed he was no threat unfortunately for this police officer he was itching to do something to the lad in the car, very dangerous officer think he needs to take up yoga
He raced up there, puffed up as a banty rooster, acting like he’s the only one who could handle the situation. His face was so red with pure rage I thought he was going to stroke out. He is one of the reasons there are body cameras.
I wonder if he'd have reacted the same way if it had been a man doing it. I don't think it would have been. The reason I say that is because he equally held the mace to the accused's face as he did to her. The difference was that the accused instinctually "knew" this officer was beyond reasoning with and the next step would BE violence. The best thing for the female officer would have been to cut in FRONT of this guy and tell him to stop...not grab him from behind...she lost situational awareness as much as he had.
@kitchenerleslie It's not astounding. It is reflective of the work culture in that department. Every place has an unspoken culture. This is only the time his bullying behavior got caught and publically revealed....
The female officer deserves respect for trying to check that guy if anything. She stood no chance against that man and stood up. Had more balls then all them guys there put together.
Very well said! I was appalled that when he grabbed her like that none of the others did or said anything. No reaction whatsoever. It’s like how?? How do you not do something when it happens RIGHT in front of you?! 🤷♀️
It was obvious from the video that there's a "good ol' boy" dynamic going on with the other officers because they saw his behavior and just let him rage like nothing.

No man grabs my throat unless I ask him to . The consequences is permanent and very very life changing . Some would end it after receiving this atack to the face area .
Men grabbing women by the throat means they are far, far more likely to kill in the future, also strangling a person even once massively increases risk of stroke
He was the sergeant on the site as well. All the other officers were scared cause he was in charge. She did the right thing and I think it took a lot of courage to do what she did. Bravo to you miss.

As a cop we are trained to keep emotions out of arrest. We are also trained to jump in if you see another officer getting too emotional. They already used the reasonable amount of force to get the guy in cuffs and in the car. If the Sargent would have sprayed him in the face while in handcuffs and under control it no longer is reasonable force, it becomes excessive force or in other words assault. The female officer pulled him back to try and save him from breaking the law and he ended up assaulting her. @@KTMsoldier1988 absolutely wrong. Any cop will tell you in that situation when you get them in the car you close the door and warn them if they kick the windows that’s a additional charge. If they break the window then we put them in kick stops. On the way to the jail you call ahead and tell them you have a prisoner who is combative. They will have like 10 deputies/ or jail officers waiting for you and they will help you remove him from the vehicle. Go watch the video again, the other officer already went on the other side of the vehicle and pulled him through before the Sgt got there. The Sgt literally reached in the vehicle with OC spray meaning the guy was already in the car. I have been a cop for 5 yrs and have handled hundreds of prisoners. So I think I’m more qualified than you, and if you don’t believe me go ask any other cop if they would OC spray a cuffed prisoner in the back of the police car. OC spray is considered a less lethal weapon the same as a taser. You will have a hard time explaining to the DA, judge, and jury why OC spray was necessary.
Why is it not a law that other cops must arrest a cop that assaulted another cop? I want a law that demands the standing cops to tackle that guy & handcuff him right there. If not, they are charged with aiding & abetting, the bad cop who put his hands around her throat. If they do not comply, they are fined a minimum about, no pay for several days, & community service. Depending on the involvement, they will likely face jail time themselves. We must hold cops to a higher standard. Punish them. Make them regret their actions. If they do not care how they treat cops & other law enforcement officers, then they are scum bags themselves. We must not pay scum bags.

His actions further antagonized the detainee, causing more potential for something bad to happen, and his grabbing the female officer for trying to get him out of the situation is completely deplorable.

Some cops should not be cops but glad you understand and a privilege you serving us
Having worked in one of largest cities as a cop, I noticed the look on the other officers faces.

You make that statement based off of this video and this video alone. You have no other experience with the office involved. @@EmeraldLuvsYouALL He would have beat the living f*ck out of her. She's not tough.
@@Frank-pc2rs She's tough and brave enough to speak up right? When did I ever say that she would be fist fighting him ?What are you talking about? I'm sure she knows how to use her weapon a weapon stops any man right?
“If you ever get disrespectful… I’ll remove your soul from your body”
That clearly sounds like a threat of murder. She heard that and quickly sprung into action while everyone else was standing around. Who knows what the male cop was going to do if she hadn’t intervened?
Many more like him who poison the whole police culture, they crave power and control when they get a public service gov job. Has to stop by any means necessary including civil war.
The Sergeant is way out of line. He needs to be removed from the streets. Shame on all the officers who stood by with their hands up their butts during this incident. Thank you to the female officer for showing courage in standing up to that out of control bully. You showed dedication to duty even though being assaulted by a fellow officer for performing that duty without hesitation and even had to face the indifference of your peers for your actions.
Hopefully, he is on his way out.
He actually just got arrested and charged with battery on an officer. I guess that’s why they’re reposting the video.

Gotta love the blonde woman who tells other woman to "just let it be". She's the only one who managed to speak up and she didn't speak up to the right one.
@@vanessamw1140 Yes she did. The female cop was WAY out of bounds grabbing and pulling a sgt by the utility belt. I've never seen that before in decades of LEO work.
Saying he is going to remove this young mans soul from his f-ing body, was so disturbing to hear. You're threatening to kill someone the next time he's disrespectful, but then putting your hand to said officers throat?! He needs jail time.
She is the only one in that situation with ANY type of integrity and EVERYONE else should be punished.

Its crazy how that woman among those men had the courage to stand up for what was right 🫡 to her

@lanceelliot9979 Your right but I hope she stays true and doesn't flip
That’s not courage. That’s mentally unstable behavior. YOU NEVER GRAB ANOTHER OFFICER’s gun belt and that’s speaking as a deputy myself.
@@firstladiifly she needs to be institutionalized. That’s why she was fired
@UncrownedPrincess2000 I don't agree with institutionalized because she was standing her ground that cop was overboard with his antics but I do agree with not grabbing his gun belt
Nobody has a right to grab you by the throat! Especially when they are officers! He needs a psych evaluation... this can be a high stress job, and people have bad days... but assaulting someone is going way too far!
it lasts exactly 2 seconds, it is not even used, he pushes it. there are no injuries! stop
He needs criminal charges for assault and fire him, not an evaluation
An evaluation? You mean behind bars after the assault charges
Amen to that.
She needed to be put in her place.
That male cop was on a power trip. Suspect already in custody, no need to escalate the situation!
The female cop who got grabbed by throat has heart, takes alot to stand your ground and stay calm.
@Björn Björk huh? That makes zero sense.
@Björn Björk edgy edgy. Got a date yet?
female cops are risky
Thank you for this comment. I was so enraged when I saw the law become the criminal. I had a hard time backing down and thinking she definitely deserved a hand! You are the inspiration in the crowd. Thank you. ~Sheeara, Alaska
@Björn Björk how? Once again you're making zero sense. He literally threatened to kill the suspect and had his pepper spray out while he was handcuffed in the backseat. She pulled him away if anything to help him avoid lawsuit or worse. She did nothing wrong.
If anything she exposed what a lunatic this guy is.
There’s no way he should be in charge of anyone if he’s going to grab anyone by the throat.
That is true but he wasnt hurting the kid, and she grabbed him and pulled him 6-8 feet without a verbal warning AND THAT is a no no period....I would never put my hands on my boss E V E R or I would be fired...and I make alot of money.
@@wirelessone2986 he was threatening the arrested male, which is also a no no period.... the guy was out of control.
@@wirelessone2986 for the police woman reacting that way she must have seeing something that we didn’t. Off course who would like to put hands on the boss, buy observing every police reaction when the boss arrived pushing the kid to get in the car, they also know something about this “boss” that we don’t. Still there is not need to grab her her throat That one is a NO NO he didn’t even know what was happening The kid was already in the car.
Wow the sergeant is a total loose cannon.
She's in the wrong here. And if this happened between male's, nobody would care - people get angry.
This guy is not fit for duty. Period. I don’t love the fact that everyone else did nothing, just stood around and watched it happen. Probably says a lot about the culture in that department. And no, don’t just let it be. This needs to be handled.
The female officer didn't have the right to grab anyone by the belt without justification, but the male officer was wrong for snapping like a Lifetime movie antagonist on her. I still blame the female cop because if you're going to grab someone by the belt, you better be able to handle him. She got more than she bargained for.
It was handled. He manhandled her 🤣
Hey zeni, remember my comment in one of your videos? I was the one that said you got school shooter vibes. We meet again my brotha
@@RobbieStacks90 exactly 💯
Are you going to talk about the woman who grabbed him? Or you just going to assume that all men are wrong all the time? Or is it that all police are wrong all the time? Because I saw the same video as you, and that looked like a justified reprisal.
Confusing your coworker for your wife is a pretty serious mistake
