"Shortcut to jail": Teen allegedly breaks into house while homeowner sitting on front porch

- A Memphis teen is in jail after allegedly breaking into a South Memphis home while the homeowner was sitting on the front porch.
Enough of this BS by these so called “teens”. They should be charged as adults and sentenced accordingly because they know better. Bullying is cowardly and that is what he did, luckily being locked inside is all he faced while bombarding his way into someone’s home.
This is such an unprecedented level of disrespect, to think you can just walk on to someone's property and into their home uninvited. The homeowner had every right to respond with lethal force. Fortunately for the trespasser, the homeowner seems to be a peaceful man.

I don't blame you one bit. I had been looking at retirement locations all over the country that had specific communities I was interested in. The first thing I do is visit a website with all of the demographics for every city in the country and I check the crime rates. Memphis has one of the highest crime rates in the entire country! That was a big NOPE for me!

That bird looks in very bad shape, and those African gray parrots do not have red tail feathers that guy obviously dyed Them. And everybody knows if you’re going to get a bird get two of the same kind because no species wants to live in isolation. Every species wants to have at least one more of their own kind. Congo African Grey parrots do have red tail feathers. And many, many parrots pluck in captivity no matter how well they are taken care of. I have a Cockatoo that has plucked all its chest feathers out. I adopted him with that habbit already formed. It's rarely in a cage, spoiled rotten and has companionship 24/7. It is what it is. This man probably takes great care of his feathered friend. Don't judge.
I think this would be a wonderful opportunity to pause for a moment and give thanks to the great contributions of the black community to our society.
