My friend's children can't play in the front yard under any circumstances because a train goes through her front yard. You don't let kids play in the street or parking areas, especially a three year old. Now, don't get me, this is awful, and I'm so sorry that it happened, but the driver wasn't the only person whose fault contributed to this unfortunate accident. I'm going to need the family to bring it down because all I'm hearing is them blaming the driver!!!! The kids yelled? Where the hell were these fingerpointing ass relatives? I'd be devastated if I were the driver because a child is dead, accidental or not, but if they're charged for hitting him, then the family who wasn't supervising should be charged as well!!

Very sad situation but when my kids was that small they weren't allowed to be on the side walk by them self I was always worry if a car drive on the walk way and strike my babies so the driver is not at fault you are to be blame the parent ...this is just like the other boy last couple of month ago the parent walking while the little toddler in back of them that kid got run over too
