Let me tell you about the Eureka Atom 75 grinder, which is quite an impressive machine!
It's a high-end coffee grinder that has been designed to meet the demands of serious coffee enthusiasts and professionals.
The Atom 75 also has a digital display for easy programming and dosing, a compact design that fits easily on most countertops, and a quiet motor that won't wake up the whole house.
Plus, it's built with high-quality materials like hardened steel and aluminum, so you know it's built to last.
Let me tell you the pros and cons that I experienced.
    Pros:
The 75mm flat burrs are larger than most coffee grinders out there, which means they can grind coffee more efficiently and with less heat, resulting in better flavor and aroma in your cup.
The Eureka Atom 75 is known for being incredibly fast, grinding a double shot of espresso in just 4 seconds, and very quiet.
It's a bit heavier than other grinders, but it has suction cups on the bottom to keep it stable on your counter.
The grinder is easy to adjust, and cleaning it is a breeze.
It comes in a few different colors, including white, black, and Ferrari red, so you can choose one that matches your kitchen decor.
    Cons:
The screen on the grinder may not be as durable as it could be, so there's a chance it may need to be replaced in the future.
The bottom section of the grinder doesn't have a tray to catch any loose grinds.
The Eureka Atom 75 is definitely on the pricier side compared to other espresso grinders in the market.
Overall, I think this grinder is perfect for anyone who takes their coffee seriously and wants to take their brewing game to the next level.
So, if you're ready to invest in a top-of-the-line coffee grinder that will make all your coffee dreams come true,
Head on over to your nearest coffee equipment supplier or check online to get your hands on the Eureka Atom 75.
    Happy brewing, my coffee-loving friends!

I have the Atom Excellence 75.
I replaced it for my 2 years old Df64 grinder with SSP red speed burrs.
My Df64 gave me more and more problems the last months.

In terms of taste is there any difference?

Does your Atom Excellence 75 have suction cups on the bottom, like the Specialty 75 does?

Can you please share some thoughts on the sound level of the Excellence 75? Is it a quiet or noisy grinder? Thanks!

Was the Eureka Oro SD in the running during your search for a grinder upgrade? I'm considering the Atom 75 but understand it has a lot of retention.

I'm seriously looking at the Atom 75 for the same reasons. What made you decide on a timed grinder rather than the more popular single dose weight based grinder?

Im sort of curious....does your grinder jolt pretty aggressively when you turn start grinding?

    • @alldayieatlikeashark
      @alldayieatlikeashark  5 мСсяцСв Π½Π°Π·Π°Π΄

No, the Eureka Atom 75 grinder is surprisingly smooth with minimal jolting when you start grinding. It's all about the steady and consistent grind. If you're thinking about getting one, you're in for a treat!

I just got one, having a tough time dialing in the timing. Keep getting 2-3 grams after adjustment.

Dialing in the timing can be a bit tricky at first. Have you tried adjusting the grind size or double-checking the dosage? It might take a few tweaks, but once you nail it, that will be totally worth it!

I did, I think it makes it a little more challenging trying out different beans. I can tell the retention isn't in the shoot but most likely at the declumper. What kind of beans have you had the most success with if you mind me asking?

Is it a nightmare to clean the burrs and especially the chute? It is a deal breaker for me. Appreciate it.

First time yes, after that it gets easier but its definitely a process
