I am very happy to see that a young man is so strong with his Mindset. 💪 Do your thing, be happy and care about yourself. Don't forget the Cardio haha

    Started the year at 259lbs, today's weigh-in was 192lbs. Started hitting the gym again about a month ago after about a 7 year break. Have been on a plateau fluctuating between 195-192 for about 2 weeks. Some of that is probably body recomp but I still need to lose 15-20 pounds of fat until I hit my goal. Just started watching these videos and it's exactly what I needed to hear. Trust the process, dial in the diet, no excuses and no lying to yourself. And no more cardio excuses, DO IT.

  • @joelbellJB
    @joelbellJB Год назад +2

    It’s important to note that body recomposition is a real thing if all the necessary conditions are met.
    It typically only happens when you have more body fat, you can cut your calories blow maintenance and still build muscle if you eat enough protein. Your body will use its fat stores plus extra calories for daily energy and the protein to build muscle.
    It’s something your body does naturally and you really have no control over it other than what you eat, and will only last for so long, it’s not as noticeable with experienced lifters because it’s such a small difference. You get better results with normal bulk and cutting phases.
