I’ve been dealing with wrist pain for a few months since I started following along with your videos. Besides proper warmups, any suggestions? Not sure if I should be resting it or working it. What do you think of the gyro balls for strengthening wrists?

I recently messed up my right wrist by following a wrist stretching exercise video for gymnasts, which was pretty dumb considerig I should've been doing some beginner stretches, not jump into hardcore stretches right away. Hope it's gonna get back to normal but right now I can't do handstands on the floor anymore so I bought paralletes. I heard if you can hold a regular handstand. you shouldn't have much trouble on the p-bars but that's not my experience at all. I can hold 15-20 sec on the floor but can't do longer than 3 sec on paralletes if even that. I watched a bunch of videos and tutorials and so far nothing helped.
