Instead of telling us how to say "No", this guy just described why it is important. Everybody knows that but most of us don't know how to do it. Please don't post videos just to increase the watch hours :(

If you can read, which I am pretty sure you can. At the beginning of the video, it says, "Things to do in college". Is there anywhere mentioned in the Short, how to say No?
If you need help, feel free to ask for it as every situation can be handled differently regarding saying NO.
Sometimes you can bluntly say a No without caring what the other person will feel, else you can always give an explanation why it's a no for you by being polite.
Your choice.

As you read correctly, the short title states 'learning to Say No', which is in reference to "Things to do in College". This indicates learning to say no is a skill that needs to be learnt in college.
The whole intent is to make students understand the importance of saying No, by learning it in college.
