Hi, I would say do your research in what field you want to go after your MBA/MIM. MBA's abroad require minimum 2 years of experience, and on an average 5-6 years of work experience. Hi, I feel that GMAT prep takes 4 to 6 months and requires serious studies. You can plan to do it while studying for your Bcom itself or later. The GMAT score is valid for 5 years so use that to your advantage. I personally studied everything by myself so not sure if classes will help. But for sure you can refer to RUclips Classes. Start your preparation by first solving problems, once you come across something you do not understand, refer to the concepts and return to solving. Hope I was able to help you out. Hi, Good Question. They will actually check your timeline. Once you complete your BCom, they will check how you have used it at work. That is what is counted in work experience. In this case. you are working and studying. Not sure you are using your BCom skills in this case. I would say the work you do after your Bcom is the one counted for Work Experience. I would actually encourage you to get in touch with the admission offices of the Germany colleges that you are planning to apply for and ask them this question. Hi Yash, I would advise you to check MIM courses in UK/France/Ireland/Germany. The studies in Germany are cheap, however you are required to learn German. Also you would need a budget of 20-25 lakhs i believe. However i would advise you to look at an education loan and go a part time job in and around the college campus, that would help you with your expenses. Hope I was able to help you out. Hi, Answering your questions one by one: 1) MIM will provide you with overall basics of management where entrepreneurship will be a sub topic, whereas the other course will focus more on Innovation and Entrepreneurship as a whole. 2) Jobs abroad you can get my networking with the alumni from the college. Abroad colleges do not have campus placements 3) Getting a job in India is possible provided you apply from various channels. Hi, Only the Exam format has changed not the concepts and difficulty of questions in the exam. Hence even if the books are old or don't mention Focus Exam, they will still help with concepts. I am not sure how will you be buying classes. I would suggest attending videos of Wizako, they are really good at explaining concepts. Also Magoosh prep is also cheap and effective. You also have options from Udemy. Do your research well as each persons approach to studies is different and each person prepares differently. Hope I was able to answer your exam. Hi Sagar, Thanks for your kind words. To answer your question. Always buy the latest GMAT if you DO NOT own an OG book. However, if you already have an OG, kindly note every year the questions change by a bit. With the Focus edition change coming in, Only the flow of the exam has changed not the questions and their difficult level. I have not gone through the new OG books personally, but the one I owned truly helped me out.
