30 min Full Body STRESS RELIEVING CIRCUITS

- Let the muscle increase and the stress decrease! This full body workout is the perfect way to reduce stress and get strong! I created this workout to not only help you build muscle and reach your goals but also to help you decompress and relieve stress in the process! This is a circuit-style workout with a focus on lower body circuits, upper-body circuits, and then finally an all-out abs circuit!
30 MINUTE FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT STRUCTURE & EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 40lbs / 4.5 - 20kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 40 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.
- EXERCISE MAT
STRUCTURE
5 TOTAL CIRCUITS
5 EXERCISES PER CIRCUIT
2 UPPER BODY, 2 LOWER BODY, AND 1 ABS CIRCUIT
WORK: 40 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN CIRCUITS: 45 SECONDS
MODIFICATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED ON SCREEN FOR SOME OF THE EXERCISES

- SUMO SQUATS
- CURTSY LUNGE - STAY ON THE SAME SIDE
- SWITCH SIDES
- SUMO ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
- SQUAT- DUMBBELLS AT SHOULDERS
CIRCUITS 3 & 4
- BICEP CURLS TO HAMMER CURLS
- ARNOLD PRESS
- NARROW (CLOSE GRIP) CHEST PRESS
- KNEELING REAR DELT FLYES
- CLOSE GRIP ROW
CIRCUIT 5
- BEAR CRAWL HOLD
- L-HOLD KNEE, SHIN, ANKLE
- SWITCH SIDES
- FULL SIT UP WITH ALTERNATING TWIST
- DEAD BUG

Just finished the cycling workout for today as well and as always, a nice little repeat to see where you were at when you first started and a 2nd go around! I like the repeating ones. Saving this for my strength day… can you do one like this but with three sets of the same exercise? Love that you included a variation btw.

Whoa! That was amazing, I loved it and it made me sweat and burn and feel oh so good at the end! That one ab workout though was more like "Knee, shin, shin" having one leg down really makes reaching those toes very challenging! Thanks for the incredible workout! 😍
The fourth day of the fifteenth week, I'm done 💪🏻😎 I'm happy yesterday I measured the hip circumference it decreased by 4 centimeters 😍😍😍 I will continue until I reach my goal 💪🏻
