2 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Cumin
2 Tsp Salt

1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

I’m making this recipe today for the first time for disadvantaged youth on Memorial Day. Really I searched for BBQ pork using an instant pot since that’s what we have here at work but after watching the entire video & reading the comments, I think this is going to be a hit with the kids. Just like Bill and others who have followed this recipe I'm in hog heaven with it. Went with the Chris N Pits sauce for mine. This instant pot thing has become a real game changer. Loaded the meat onto Hawaiian sweet rolls with other selected toppings and baked them off like folks like to do. Be waiting for more great instant pot vids.

I just started cooking for myself and my gf. Im not a cook by any means. This was probably the most difficult meal I've ever attempted but really wasn't that hard at all. It was delicious and a hit with my GF. I'm gonna make more!
I made this tonight I don’t have a instant pot so I used my crockpot I seared the meat in a pan before adding it to the crockpot and did everything else the same it turned out perfect!
I surprisingly had every ingredient in my kitchen so it’s about to go down tonight lol 😎 🙌🏼… wish me luck hope it turns out as yummy as it looks in this video & thanks for step by step recipe 🤗 ❤️

Hey Kiona, that pulled pork looks amazingly good. I don't care for coleslaw but I would try it because of the pull pork sandwich. Idk if I can eat the pulled pork with the coleslaw. It would have to be one or the other but not together. But it still looks good 👍🏽 😋 ⁰
