  • Welcome to our in-depth analysis, where we dissect the groundbreaking decision by the Colorado Supreme Court regarding former President Donald Trump's eligibility to appear on the ballot. This ruling, rooted in the interpretation of the 14th Amendment, Section 3, has sparked extensive debate and scrutiny. Here are the 5 key takeaways from the court's decision and the evidence considered during the trial.
    1. The Hearsay Rule and Its Exceptions: At the core of the legal battle was the admissibility of Congress's January 6 report. Trump's defense argued the report was inadmissible hearsay, relying on a general rule against hearsay due to concerns over trustworthiness. However, hearsay has exceptions, notably the public records exception, which was pivotal in this case.
    2. Public Records Exception: The court considered the January 6 report under Colorado's Rule of Evidence 803(8), which allows for the admissibility of public records in civil actions. This exception applies unless there's an indication of untrustworthiness in the sources or other circumstances. The Trump team contended the report's partisan nature rendered it untrustworthy.
    3. Committee Composition and Bias: The argument for the report's lack of trustworthiness was bolstered by the composition of the committee responsible for the January 6 report. Speaker Nancy Pelosi's refusal of two Republican members suggested by Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy led to a committee skewed in favor of Democrats, raising questions about bias and the integrity of the investigation.
    4. Investigative Diligence vs. Bias: Despite concerns over committee bias, the Denver District Court found the investigation's methodology - including depositions, document reviews, and video footage analysis - sufficient to counterbalance bias allegations. This highlights the complexity of evaluating partisanship in congressional investigations and their findings' admissibility in court.
    5. Implications for Future Congressional Reports: This ruling sets a precedent that could influence how courts view the admissibility of congressional reports in legal proceedings. While the court acknowledged potential biases, it ultimately deemed the investigative efforts as diligent, raising questions about the threshold for partisanship and trustworthiness in future cases.
In conclusion, the Colorado Supreme Court's decision underscores the intricate balance between hearsay exceptions, the quest for impartiality in investigations, and the evolving interpretation of constitutional provisions. As we await further developments, particularly from the U.S. Supreme Court, this case serves as a fascinating study in law, politics, and the pursuit of truth.

Also imagine the committee losing the video depositions after losing the democrats' majority. The court sound like lawyers (prosecutors) instead of judges!

their DAYS ARE NUMBERED SAYS THE LORD GOD:
1 SAMUEL 2;9 He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
10The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.
ISAIAH 48;22 There is no peace, saith the LORD, unto the wicked.
EXODUS 14:24 And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,
THE CLOCK IS TICKING DOWN.. OUR Heavenly Father see and know all the wicked and evil commited and the innocent blood on their hands.. Glory and Power and the Kingdom Forever and ever amen....

What would help is if you would stop talking with your hands like a 5-year-old. Trump was not convicted of a insurrection therefore all that hand work. Was useless. It didn't help convince anybody of anything. So it's your choice take your ball to the basketball court or the football field😂😂😂😂😂😂
