    The memory issue is my biggest problem! But I’m assuming the emotional numbness could be a cause of this. I think the emotion is like the glue that makes the memory stick as well, combined with the focus issue. But the stronger the emotion, the more vivid the memory right?
    I really want to remember the info in the videos, they are so good and so completely applicable to me, thank you!

    This may sound crazy but have you ever found it harder to visualize because of stress dp/dr I think before I had this I was very visual but once everything became dreamlike it would drive me crazy that I couldn’t visualize every little detail because my mind thought say if I can see/visualize it it must be real. But due to this obsession it became harder to visualize, concentrate and remember which I believe it what has kept me here

      Yes that is not crazy at all, when there is more stress and dp/dr symptoms it was always much harder to visualise. I was able to do it but it would take a lot longer, when the symptoms would improve visualising became much easier. I suggest watching the video I did on depersonalisation and memory as that could explain why it happens.
