  • To solve problems we are required to have a particular set of skills, therefore when we have mental health or life problems, having one particular skill is so valuable, I suggest it is THE most important skill needed in mental health recovery. Learning this ONE skill completely changed my life.

    I don’t get why you don’t get more views and subs. You’ve been the most informative channel covering mental health I’ve found so far! You explain things very clearly and I love how you bring your own experiences with mental health issues. Also appreciate how you’re not only in this for profits like the majority of other channels.       Such a great point! Self awareness is so important. I recently got some new treatments; and looking back on the last several years, I can now see some major flaws in my thinking and actions. It is what I don’t “get” about myself that will be a problem. Thanks so much for the great video!

    I believe that the misunderstanding of a mental issue(s) can aggravate the issue due to the added stress. Fear results in incremental stress. Glad you covered this issue! Thank you!
