My question is why do people get portraits of celebs. Idk. Its something odd to me to because I would never. I guess they really are a fan. I can't really relate to wanting a singer, actor, athlete or rapper on me. Tattoos are forever (unless you laser it off) I'd just want something that I think would be meaningful or something impactful. Yet again, maybe celebs have been. It's just not for me. Those tattoos are great though.
Why no replies huhu. I scrolled down the comments hoping to read peoples mindset about why you get tattoo of celebs. Unless its historical person that changed the world of view
I've heard from some fans that certain musicians have helped them through a time of depression. Maybe it's their music, something quoted in an interview, or the friendships they made within the fandom. It basically helps save their lives by giving them hope. They get the tattoos to remember that things do get better or to just remember memories of that celeb & how they helped them to stop being sad or even helped them stop cutting or doing drugs or something. Sometimes the tattoos people get can be more meaningful than an outsider can understand. It's a very personal choice to put something permanent upon your body.

But i just dont get it why i should get tattoos of person that ive never met, the job is just to sing and dance not writing the lyrics, who still do bad things and destructive(mind set & behaviour), a person made by the media, i still can go on but you know my points. Why? I understand that its their body and its very personal choice to put something permanent on your body, and this point makes me wonder more THEN WHY.
I don't think it's always because they necessarily like the celebs but because they like the pictures instead.. I say this because I have a few tattoos on me that I simply got because I liked the photography and thought they would make nice tattoos
Not every tattoo is SUPER meaningful. Sometimes people just get a tattoo because they simply want to or they just like the way it looks. People get portraits of celebs that they’re inspired by/idiolize. That’s why I would to speak for myself

As someone who isn't a Manson fan (he's cool, but not my jam), I knew the red and blue one was a musician, but I recognized the black one. So, I'd say the black one is *more* iconic, but that doesn't mean the red and blue missed the mark. I actually liked the red and blue better.
Whoever did the left Khaleesi tat is a fuckin BADASS artist. I usually hate blood or gore depicted in tattoos, but the way this one is done, holy fuck.. it’s beautiful. It’s so photo realistic that if I just happened to stumble upon that picture of it, I would’ve never known it was a tattoo.
Also, I’ve never seen Game of Thrones... but that tattoo makes me want to go watch it.
If I ever get portrait work done, I’m looking them up. Fuck.
Update: the artist is Michaël Taguet.. and his portraits are fucking insane! That man is a beast with a tattoo gun

Aliii Rxsa he was giving his opinion on which he thought was better. Everyone is commenting about him having busy tattoos and that he said the other was too busy, which is why he did not pick it.
