I remember meeting Ed on the set of Sumoverhood (where I worked as a location runner) he was such a nice guy and as I was waiting for him and Adam to pass, he saw that I had a watercolour Harry Potter sleeve tattoo and asked if he could see it. He said "I love that, that is wicked." I was literally in a daze, said "cheers mate!" then walked away before it sunk in that Ed Sheeran had just stopped to compliment my tattoos 😂 I got ambushed by other members of the crew afterwards who were all super excited for me!
This one I can support, but I really hope it stays in areas he can cover easily if he needs to. I loathe face and neck tattoos and am not crazy about them on hands. He's started on his legs though, as he's running out of room.
I don’t mind tattoos but I’m definitely not a fan of being covered in tattoos. However, I do like his and how he has sentimental meanings to them. The footprints of his kids are so sweet. If I get married and have kids, I’d think it would be so sweet if my husband did that too.

I'm nowhere near as covered as Ed, I have fewer than twenty, but that bit he says at the end resonates. Each new piece I get definitely seems to hurt more than the last. My first tattoo was a 6 hour session on my forearm, and the whole time I was thinking "Oh wow, this really isn't that bad, I could even fall asleep!" Recently I did a 1.5 hour piece and I was absolutely miserable the whole time.
