I’ve been doing these drills, been doing the medicine ball for awhile. Pet Cowens drill with the right arm golf ball throw, works surprisingly well.

Does the GForce club shaft have torsional flex? The Orange Whip trainer shaft has torsional flex but since there is no club head it does not matter. Is the GForce a similar type of shaft?

It has more torque than a regular golf shaft, I am not sure about the shaft in orange whip, our shafts are very strong as they are designed to hit balls with flat out, tested on tour swing speeds including Rory McIlroy.
If you sequence the downswing correctly, loading and unloading the shaft, the face will square up. If you force or manipulate the club in anyway the face stays open with shots to the right. You have to swing it relatively on plane to hit it straight, if you are to far in to out or out to in, again you will hit it to the right. thanks

Hello could you help me to fix hook

A hook is a swing path to far in to out. The fix i to learn to Fade the ball which requires a out to in path. Check out this video I did on Fade & Draw 👍ruclips.net/video/PfjCAxrAKgs/видео.htmlsi=_dlNB2mpZXEAKbQT
