I want to get both at some point, I just wish Bumblebee wasn’t so dumpy and had a proper ankle tilt (though that can be fixed if you don’t mind a hollow crotch) and if barricade had more of an elbow bend and had proper heels
I never played the High Moon War For Cybertron games. So this Studio Series gamer edition subline is the closest I can get to experience it in some way. Beside watching walkthrough of these games. -Bumblebee looks alright. The game made him look better than the figure. His car front looking like this 3:17 for his chest would have been better design than having a beer gut. To make his legs look better, rotate the waist around, then rotate the legs from the thigh to have the wheels faces outward. Now his ankle tilts direction is corrected. The car parts on his legs facing outward while the leg points being inward is a simple design that Hasbro should have gone with in the first place. -Barricade looks cool. Would just have his front wheels by his bottom legs and not by his hips. Like their weapons, would have been nice to have weapons to be hand held too. And their vehicle modes are cool.
To be honest, I thought you would be reviewing the Studio Series 101 Scourge today. (I'm pretty sure that somewhere you said that you acquired that figure.)
@@PerspectiveEnd just got barricade and… He’s a decent figure! Lack of articulation aside, I love the alt mode and the overall transformation is quite fun!

The Black and Purple Prowl sucks, but that's not exactly the design he's known for, that's just them being lazy so they could sell toys more cheaply. I'm far more partial to the Evergreen Barricade design.
Was the Ive gone cross eyed trying to keep all of this straight a reference to Austin Powers 2 where Austin Powers is trying to understand time travel?
I basically airbrushed my tyres on Barricade. Oh yeah I did also paint some of shoulders, waist and legs with silver and to be fair, It definitely looks better though. Sadly can't do much of the traversty that is the backpack and feet. 😅😅
I'm seriously hoping for a figure of Grimlock in this subline. If Planet X Vulcan is a somewhat good figure, then Hasbro would be stupid not to try and capitalise on him by making their own.
High Moon Barriacade gives me Vehicon/Genericon vibes, he just looks so plain. When I first played War For Cybertron back in the 2010s I genuinely thought that he was just a generic fodder Decepticon for a while.

(i don't mean to shit on the guy nor do i want it to seem like i want anyone to go after him, i just think he might have a screw loose or something.) ANYWAYS, i hope we get a studio series deluxe TLK barricade in the near future because that design is KILLER!
A lot of reviewers are overly positive. Some times I wonder if I'm the crazy one honestly.
I want to get both at some point, I just wish Bumblebee wasn’t so dumpy and had a proper ankle tilt (though that can be fixed if you don’t mind a hollow crotch) and if barricade had more of an elbow bend and had proper heels
The more the time passes, the more I'm convinced this guy doesn't actually like Transformers.
@pacstermh sounds like you haven't watched any of the multitude of positive reviews he's done
And a proper knee bend, and proper hips, and a Proper head, and proper shoulders.
@@izzik2781 I did, but when he is negative he clearly overexagerates
@@pacstermh you must be a new viewer then
I never played the High Moon War For Cybertron games.
Use the bumblebee as your new ER cliffjumper/ER arcee
I don't want to keep this thing man.
@@PerspectiveEnd so beat it to death
To be honest, I thought you would be reviewing the Studio Series 101 Scourge today. (I'm pretty sure that somewhere you said that you acquired that figure.)
I have, and I planned to review it soon, then the movie came out, and it was mid enough to make me mostly stop caring.
Dia Atlas would try to scream and run from these, but he'd de-spine himself again before taking even one step.
Hasbro ordering new figures to cause Perspective End to descend into further madness.
And it's paying dividends.
Thanks for saving me $39
I’m still gonna get Barricade and Optimus since I think they look cool as fuck
I'm happy to save you money though I want to save you more. Like Barricade is just the worst. But I do hear that Optimus is quite good.
@@PerspectiveEnd just got barricade and…
He’s a decent figure!
Lack of articulation aside, I love the alt mode and the overall transformation is quite fun!
The algorithm looks to really love a batshit insane mad Perspective.
That point when you got bumblebee in car mode got me dying.
I was expecting you to cover the new reveals, but this is a Fucking treat wouldn’t have it any other way
I have heard that the Optimus Prime is WAYYYYYY better, and that’s good. As I am definitely getting the Optimus prime.
I have the optimus and hes great 😊
@@chheinrich8486 good
I have heard he is good, and I'm willing to give him a chance.
@@PerspectiveEnd you should.
While I really don't care that they were horrible because I never cared about the High Moon Games, if these figures are indicative of the quality of all the figures made in the gamer edition subline, i am very worried about the possible figures for the Dotm game like Warpath and Air raid.
They must’ve gotten the guy who designs the authentics figures to make Barricade
Feels like it for sure.
I'm so glad you saved me from getting the Clifjumper cus that was the only way I was getting this mold.
Ps: this is probably the funnyest video you made keep up the good work!!!
I love it how this guy is like the angry video game nerd of transformers figures.
And lesson learned from this video: get the siege barricade
i just got Cliffjumper and oh my god the legs... WHO THOUGHT OF THIS?!?!?
at least the beer belly is less noticeable...
The legs do manage to distract.
Barricade just can't catch a break. Poor guy.
Let's hope that the prime and megatron are better.
🙏 That megs had better be good
Agreed.
Honestly the high moon design of barricade is one of my favorites
Least hes not black and purple prowl anymore and actually has a unique design
The Black and Purple Prowl sucks, but that's not exactly the design he's known for, that's just them being lazy so they could sell toys more cheaply.
I'm far more partial to the Evergreen Barricade design.
These two are bringing back the Fall of Cybertron Bruticus vibes 🤣😂
This made me laugh so many times - just brutal. I’m not buying either of these figures but I’m glad they exist just so this review could. 😂
Was the Ive gone cross eyed trying to keep all of this straight a reference to Austin Powers 2 where Austin Powers is trying to understand time travel?
Indeed it was.
Two questions one are you going to be replacing cliff jumper with bumblebee or barricade two are these two figures combined worse than dai Atlas
probably the most insane i've heard perspective
I legitimately had to check if they meant for the feet to tilt backwards and this was how it was meant to look.
I now have seven tons of kibble on my back because of the barrikibble disease. I must say it hurts and i can no longer move my arms back
Oh god it's spreading.
Never underestimate the value of good accessories!
I mean I find that they very rarely sell a figure, but the lack of a good one can sure make a figure worth less.
10:24 minutes in and i never realized there was no transformation section yet
Yeah that's pretty late for one of my videos to hit the Transformation segment.
@@PerspectiveEnd great vid by they way.
Can't wait for the battle trap review
Oh that's goign to be a fun one.
At least they haven't barbequed my boys Air Raid, Ironhide, Sideswipe and Breakdown.
In Devastation the endless hoards of them they look like shattered glass goldbug
i heard somewhere that the wave was originally just Optimus and they had to rush out Bee and Barricade
I basically airbrushed my tyres on Barricade. Oh yeah I did also paint some of shoulders, waist and legs with silver and to be fair, It definitely looks better though.
Sadly can't do much of the traversty that is the backpack and feet. 😅😅
Nor can your paint make it pose worth a damn.
Yeah... I'm with you. It's so stupid that this Barricade wasn't a Cybertronian policecar. Thia just looks like a poor man's Stunticon.
I was really hoping that you would talk about the reveals. Still, great video as always. Also, I think this the most mad I’ve ever seen you in a video
I'm seriously hoping for a figure of Grimlock in this subline. If Planet X Vulcan is a somewhat good figure, then Hasbro would be stupid not to try and capitalise on him by making their own.
I also hope they do a good figure, cause I love his WFC design.
High Moon Barriacade gives me Vehicon/Genericon vibes, he just looks so plain. When I first played War For Cybertron back in the 2010s I genuinely thought that he was just a generic fodder Decepticon for a while.
Same.
The beauty of perspective going mad while doing a figure review is unrivaled. But that bumblebee is just horrendous on the knees, it’s knees are worse than me in heels and that’s saying something
I can make an unhinged rant so enjoyable.
Mommy, can you pick me up, I’m scared of this guys mental state and the terrible figures in front of him
I am no lunatic! I am a Profit.
@@PerspectiveEnd why should beeping out or unbeeping out??
I want to see a WFC version of Breakdown & Dead End Figures
I mean going by these, they'd be phoned in, but I'm guessing you are also hoping they'd be good.
Hey dude, I know this video is hard but it ended up great. I hope you know that you did a really good job. 😊
Thank you very much. I was quite proud of it. I think it lived up to the Dai Atlas fame.
@@PerspectiveEnd another banger
So I am not the only one who had Bumblebee fall apart!
9:10 - you should've encased the J Jonah laughing into your logo sihloette.
What do you mean I should have encased it.
@@PerspectiveEnd like to make the video play inside the sihloette of your logo. I don't know how to explain It not like an asshole, i'm a non-native Emglish speaker.
From what I’ve heard bumblebee and barricade were an after thought as originally Optimus was the only intended high moon figure to be released this wave and if that’s true then damn
They feel like it.
it would explain way too goddamn much...
Oh the madness I love it. Btw I was trying to find your earthrise review of starscream and can't seem to find it.
I love the games. They helped me get into fully G1 around 2016 and I was very excited to see Barricade and Megatron. Those two are probably the only ones I'd want to get, yeah I have Siege Barricade and that wouldn't be my "earth mode" of him but the ER figure is hard to get and I've heard some unsavory things about the QC of that ER Prowl mold that I just dont feel comfortable even trying to get it ignoring the stupid secondhand prices. Maybe that dying Prowl and Ironhide two pack is a sign Prowl will get a real 86 figure and by extension the possibility of another G1 Barricade, but until then I'm still considering this figure which...thanks Hasbro its not like ER needed some GOOD figures in its mainline and not just be reserved to online exclusives.
I totally agree with your point on the arm guns! I have the movie one clunker Bumblebee that my big sister had gotten for my birthday and I had used the cannon on it and I just never found the arm again and I was and still am very upset since studio series is always scalped so much online.
Gotta love a slight mental breakdow in a review
God I loved both Condemned games. Darkness was dope. Never played the sequel though. Hey PE, ever heard of Dark Sector?
Yes, I played Dark Sector. Do you bring it up because that too was one of those games that assaulted your eyes with unnatural light. Because it was.
@@PerspectiveEnd ye, throwing that glaive was so fun. Crazy how that game's assets became Warframe.
Thank you for the warning, though I still might buy them just to display them in robot mode.
They pose like statues, so that's a fine use for them, even if they are expensive for that function.
I brought the gamer edition Optimus prime as it looked good and beefy online... And boy did it make me instantly cancel the orders in these two.. I knew you'd have a field day ripping on these 😂
Really? I've heard that was like the one Good one.
@@PerspectiveEnd eh it's.. the better one, but side by side with the holy grail that is seige prime, earthrise and holiday it just feels cheap, the bulky build would have made it look great if it wasn't so short which makes him look less a big Boi enforcer prime and more a stubby chungus prime. He feels cheap too. But too add to this I was your Optus prominon prime and most figures seem underwhelming after getting my hands in that ha
Thank you for helping countless folks around the world save their hard-earned money, my bro.
PS. What you said about the 'micro masterpiece' aspect is pure genius! 😂
