Thanks for this review! I just ordered the sofa 3 seater version of this and this review makes me feel more confident in my purchase. Also got mine on sale though it won't be in stock until next month. It was really comfortable in store and seems like decent quality.
@@CurtisDJunior It was comfortable and firm in the store and it's wide enough to lay out on. It's only $599 on the site now so now would be the best time to get it. Delivery time isn't until March though :/
Our Radley Sectional was trashed within one year of purchase - we have a frayed cushion cover, a broken zipper, and now the batting for the cushion is just exposed. We payed extra for the "worry-no-more" protection plan and they denied our claim (I've found similar complaints so we're not unique). So I gave up on having their crappy manufacturing covered by the crappier insurance plan and have just been trying to BUY replacement cushions. Which turns out to be as expensive and way more difficult than just buying a new couch. So after 2 years, I'm shopping for a new couch. Our previous couch was a $600 couch from Ikea that lasted 7 years - way better deal.
How is the couch holding up after a few months of ownership? I've seen some Macy reviews complain about the cushions starting to stay too squished and what not
There are some cushions that have become a little squishy but they are in two spots where we sit most often! I try to rotate those regularly and they usually are ok after a little fluffing!
Hi! The sectional is holding up pretty well! I do have to fluff the back cushion on one area where we sit more often but other than that the structure of the couch is still holding up very well!
