Good to meet up at MRS today Nat. The retaining walls are looking good and I like the job you made of cutting the wall to help it follow the curve of the inside of the track. Getting sidetracked is all part of the fun of this hobby. That whole area is really starting to take shape. Enjoyed the running sessions. DP1 used to be in one of the exhibition halls in the Science Museum in London (with I think Pendennis Castle). I have a very strong memory when I was 6 or 7 being taken there on a school trip and just standing looking up at it in awe. I have a very soft spot for Deltics. Maybe DP1 might one day appear on Elvenhome. Stephen

I too have a sweet spot for deltics and I’ve been after one in BR 2 tone green with syp for a while but still no luck hopefully they re release it at some point. Hi Nat! Some great progress with the retaining walls and bridges! This area is going to be great for running shots when complete! It's great getting sidetracked - it's pretty much what the whole of my channel is about! Lol! Loved the running sessions! Hi Ian, your right it’s a great spot for viewing there is a short on the channel showing the view from the road bridge. MRS was fantastic, my first time in Scotland and I made some purchases that will be revealed in the next video. Thanks Nat 🚂👍
The bridge is looking really good across the tracks with that pier in place and the retaining walls - looking quite the part! Getting distracted is all part of the fun - my attention at times is like a gold fish and I ignore what I've been planning to do and work on something completely different at times but it makes it more interesting! Good to see the railway cat has inspected and approved the work, even the faux paus! Regards Steve
